Slipper or cane doesn’t matter. Make his botty sting and we can all move on. The guys at the FA no doubt would approve.

The unusual thing is that every Swede I’ve ever met, and I’ve met a few, are so far from this in terms of personality and born grit. He’s acting more like a Frenchman.

49/51 in favour of him staying
-
Ugly football but Sean Dyche is your man if that’s what you’re looking for.
-
I think the point he’s making is that if he was being bullied in his role as far back as December and he didn’t like being bullied he could have looked for another job. Not that unreasonable a proposition.
-
If the FA ban him for say 6 months or more, or indeed any ban save for about 14 days, surely the club will not pack him off somewhere for a placement elsewhere until his ban is over? This all ends of course if the players want shot of him which begs the question that as he’s still here and I’m assuming the players’ opinions have been collected, there must be a decent rump of the squad who are standing by him. I know that THB posted that piccie yesterday of the bottle and his pint, and in itself that was quite simple stuff, you don’t do that if you do hate the club and its manager and you want out now.

I see that the numbers are moving. 65/35 yesterday to get rid. Now 54/46. I’ve moved into the keep him camp.

SPB are a good firm. What did for us here - if it is correct so we do have to caveat this - is Parsons getting on his knees to Gibson in the Boro boardroom on the day of the first leg. Can anyone remember where that story came from? Or was it just internet Chinese whispers?

And Diana and Dodi are living in Paraguay, Shergar is running free on the South Downs and Lord Lucan is living in a two up two down in Brentford. He went up there, was stupid and arrogant and got caught.

Not bonkers but highly unlikely in my view. Their sole objective over the past 10 days was to get us out of the final. They would have used everything they could to get us expelled. There is also no advantage in holding any back with the risk that the EFL would close the book on the episode. They knew that Oxford and Ipswich was going to get a points deduction. Why not chuck in another five at that point and get a 14 point deduction there and then? The bigger risk is that the FA enquiry reveals more which they then pass on to the EFL. Hence why Saints haven’t sacked anyone yet. They want to keep those people including Tonda onside and in the camp rather than turn them into bitter snitches. Better in the tent pissing out than outside the tent pissing in. When Dragan turned up this week, if I’d been in his shoes the first thing I would have asked is whether there were any other clubs we spied on. Tonda probably coughed and Dragan thought we need to keep him in the tent,

He’s ridiculously shit

The responses to Di Marco’s post on Twitter earlier today is getting the grief it deserves. You would think he understands football fans. Obviously not. Barristers live in a very closeted world.

I wonder if Gibson has the balls to come to SMS next season. He’s going to get a welcome along with that snivelling wet wipe of a manager of theirs.
-
That is some compensation. Not a lot but to see the fuckers in tears including Hayden Shatney. What excuse are Karensborough going to look for now? The scousers of the North East
-
That’s exactly where I’m coming to. I was a hang him high guy 3 days ago possibly even yesterday. I’m switching in the last 24 hours. I would love how much it would piss off every other club and particularly it’s two fingers to the EFL and Gibson.
-
That’s a joke of course rather than me trying to incite people into torturing a poor lad. The world we live in!
-
Let’s waterboard him
-
We know why Boro got back in
-
If we’d lost today the same players would have left that will be looking to leave anyway - Scienza, THB, Charles, Downes, Jander and possibly Azaz. Maybe a couple of others as well. There will be a rebuild job whether Tonda stays or not.
-
Can you remember his name? I was bullied by a couple of lads at school 40 years ago. Never forgotten their names and one in particular I know where he is now. Closer to Saints than I like. Anyway, if you know his name - the kid with the pencil - let’s hunt him down if he’s still alive and pay him a visit.
-
If he stays I assume he’s still allowed to ‘spy’ so long as it’s more than three days before a game? I assume that the EFL will make this clear to all clubs? Of course they won’t because the EFL are just plain and simple useless.
-
He gets sacked. If he stays he owes us. His neck will be on the line for a lot if not most of next season if he stays
-
Cannot believe the FA will be speedy but might want it tied up before the World Cup or the summer holidays. I assume the club has been given an indication.
-
Other thing occurred to me. If at the moment, Parsons, Spoors etc are all in the clear but Tonda knows the truth……….afraid to sack him in case he spills the beans.
-
If the players want him to stay and there is no ban (hard to imagine), would you be hostile towards him? Have to say that I wouldn’t. We win our first 5 games of the season any hostility will quickly vanish. One thing we can say without any doubt is that all of us football fans of any club are all very fickle.
