This has always been the downside of JWP. It is this tendency that harmed his career at WHU.

yes euro 10.5m not £10.5m but he was not a main striker he was a 2nd to the main striker. Which winger was he replacing to get 10 goals from the left by being a 40 game starter? Scienza?

Dobbin is a winger and not a striker. he does not get into positions inside the box that a goal hungry striker needs to do. We paid £10.5m for him whilst Middsh1t paid £10m (so far) for Lankshear....

One game in our promotion season that Bazunu helped win for us, was when he went down injured in the warm-up so McCarthy had to start and we beat Preston 3-0..

sad but true.

true

More suggestions please.

Yes and the problem is that by delaying the decision, then we delay the selection and appointment of his replacement and preparation for the next season is badly impaired.

The EFL will have to punish us in a way that deters future offenders. They previously fined Leeds £200,000. So a punishment that raises that up would be appropriate to deter others. £2 million to £5 million would hurt when combined with firing the analyst and their immediate boss.

What type of result at Charlton on Saturday would it force the Club to end this temporary arrangement? I suggest some huge scale of defeat greater than a 3-0. After all, Nathan Jones will be looking for a win in revenge for his sacking. Charlton are just 2 points off a playoff spot.

But in our Championship promotion winning season, these were tried and tested senior players, not kids new to English football.

Sad but true.

But he does not love all the fans. Just ask Rishi.

So to sum up. Since we went a goal down they replaced 4 players and we replaced one. Martin backs his players!

A stat came up that Saints are top of the table in giving the ball away to create goals for the opposition. 9 so far this season.

Looking on the bright side. Stephens will not be effing things up for the next 3 games.

To stay up we need a proven Mnager that has fought and won relegation battles. Such as David Moyes. It would not be a pretty style of play. But would keep us up for a few seasons whilst the finances and quality of the squads etc can be improved. He is available now so bring him in. We would immedialy see an end to the tippy tappy sideways passes at the back.

Sugawara gave two goals away. Not marking the 2nd and passing away the 3rd.

Playing the ball around at the back is just plain madness.

Yes. We have most of the possession, make fewer shots on goal than our opponents, play with AA and BBD upfront and fail to score.

The last time we were in the prem our biggest problem was the lack of scoring. Same problem this season. A shame that our Manager is distracted by a new girlfriend.

60% possession but only one shot on goal.... Forest managed 5 on target.

Do we practice taking corners?

Song to be sung "... Nathan Jones...... And there's no room in my heart for you no more"

To add to my comment above about Burnley, they look very vulnerable to key losses of players. They have eight players out of contract in the summer, including Ben Mee and James Tarkowski. Tarkowski is linked to Newcastle and looks an ideal fit for Newcastle.
