the ticket office staff have work to do at last and they are really glad
-
where hopefully you can earn great money but you will be paid by results and not just reputation
-
disagree with the original post, my eldest lad has just finished his 3rd year and is staying on to do a Masters BUT he has worked as a casual for the post office over the period to fund it himself, works every holiday full time or every saturday in term time. his masters will be evenings so will work every day. better not let him see this but i am bl**dy proud of him
-
no direct comparison really , never sold this way before
-
Sir
-
Big Mike Gatting was there, i think
-
i suppose the point is that Fry had to decide who to initially go with, a swiss business mam or a group backed by the biggest hero in the club's history which had proved to him it had funds.
-
agree with that point , i suppose they just wanted to start selling, i have had conversations today with staff at SMS and frankly they are just glad to be busy again after 2 months of not knowing what was happening
-
because they can hand you the ticket rather than organizing posting it
-
no if you had a seat in the Chapel before you can just renew it as normal, you do not need a child with you
-
waste of money never enough people in the ground at 2.30pm, just show the early game from Sky on the screen or Soccer Saturday with Jeff Stelling and co.
-
to be fair though we have never sold season tickets this way, in such a short time spell
-
lots of old "faces" sit in The Chapel may be getting a bit long in the tooth but never question our committment
-
Have to say how impressed i have been today with Dave Luker and Sarah Wallace(Senior Ops Administrator) who have both replied to e-mails quickly regarding Season Tickets and Car Parking. Sarah even phoned me to enable to renew my Car Parking at Hansons Yard opposite SMS before i go on holiday. All we need to do is get it right on the pitch and , for the first time in 5 years, the future could be great

Thanks Harry
-
Thanks Pete

Thanks for that Dave Luker had already replied to an e-mail i sent him regarding the point and car park renewals. Really is a top bloke, as far as customer service is concerned
-
big concern for me as well
-
With the Chapel now being the family centre does that mean that those you sat there with there grown up family can no longer do so. Due to my Leukaemia I can not stand for a whole game, so the Northam is out for me, and have sat with my 2 sons (21 and 14) in the Chapel since SMS opened.

really do not think this is a good move, lets appoint an up and coming guy whose career is in front of him, not someone who has done it,and build the club around him as we go forward together. it is no secret that the clubs best period in its history was 73 to 84 when the board appointed a young manager, learning his trade, and despite some grief in the early years the club was built on a strong, sustainable base and grew from that point. there are no quick fixes that can be sustained in the long term
-
Same reason as some of his comments about players last season

Guy the Snake?

the last 72 hours have altered the face of this club for ever all we need now is all these armchair fans to get of their backsides and support the first team in person
