Selling programmes on the gate for an Under 7 six a side tournament, 3 saints shirts/tops etc and at least 50 skates shirts. Men eith skate baseball caps and tee shirts, going to the pub in a liitle while to remember the good times depressed

may be but the real issue will be our league status. last seasons policy of throwing them in actually had a detrimental effect

who knows all i know is after 46 years of support nothing surprises me about SFC any more we even managed to complicate who owned the football club by creating SLH

nothing against him personally, just think it is over simplfying the issue regarding the academy. i just doubt we will attract any better young players until the club as a whole is on the way up. i am a main committee member for one of the biggest football (non league) clubs in hampshire and at present our youth players are as likely to be tapped up by the skates and reading as they are saints. parents always believe their sons are better than what they are and will gamble on them making it at a premiership club if the offer is there, the saints have a lot of catching up to do at grass roots level after the cuts in the community department after relgation from the premiership

But did that slide also not coincide with the general fall of the club.

the title of the thread sums it up for me we do not KNOW the " Details of Saints takeover" what is being bought how much for etc

agreed but surely whoever the buyer is may be facing the same problems as pinnacle is with the FL, especially as we do not really know exactly what they are

agreed although not sure we got out of Lowe and Wiseman's positions

are the 2 not in conflict. it does not matter who is in charge of the academy , as a 3rd division club, we will not attract the best talent

agreed Ron arguing with the football authorities, at all levels of the game, is bad news

why is there £15m at stake i vote yes because knowing the football authorities if we push it they will deduct another 15 points. right or wrong they make the rules

as i read that i really fear for the clubs future
