thing is i thought the idea of the sitting midfield player was to enable your full backs to overlap and supply width. we have had up to two players sitting in midfield but the full backs still do not get in behind their defence, did anyone ever check to see if Jan ACTUALLY HAD ANY COACHING experience

slightly disagree we did play with width after QPR BUT THE PROBLEM WAS THAT THEY were on the wrong sides of the pitch, left on right , right on left which had a effect of narrowing the pitch.
