what date would that be?

Jardi's had one hell of a season though and as far as I can see he is as good tyhis season as he was last. No pace, but he hasn't had that for a few years. I'd give him another season no matter which league we are in. He looks better than Seaborne, who is quicker but no where near as good in the air. I agree with you on Hammond and Semi. I seriously doubt Hammond is quick enough to cope with the step up. Semi hasn't impressed me at all, he doesn;t get tight enough or show the desire to win tackles.

tough game this. They took us to peices at their place and it could easily have been 4 or 5. We didn't threaten at all up front either so they must have a half decent back four. They have a top class keeper, pace out wide and strikers that find the net.
-
you can those online.
-
he collided with their big number 28 and came off not long after.
-
aye? Top corner, he had no chance. You might want to look at the person who gave away the free kick. Davis has been outstanding again this season.

I said it earlier in the week, but I'll repeat it, we don't always play well with him in the side, but our worst displays tend to be when he does not play. I think this generalisation is far more important than the `we win more games with Wotton in the side' that was banded about a few months ago. I thought he was decent again today, hard to pick many that weren't though.

absolutely spot on. Hammond is made to be this great player, but for me he is far far too slow along woth Wotton. James offers no pace either. Only Morgan covers the ground at any rate. `Pace' IS important when it comes to picking up second balls, intercepting stuff, tracking runners and getting up and down the pitch.

I would disagree with that. Brentford dominated against us. Yes Barnard should have scored, but Brentford more than deserved the draw and I would have had no complaints if they had won on the night. We were absolutely terrible. I would say worse than Tuesday, but quite clearly Brentford are a much better side than Wycombe so that must be factored in. I thought we played pretty much the same against them at our place where we were devoid of any ideas as well. I'm not so sure we were much cop at Colchester either - very much second best to most things and not helped by a terrible ref.
-
agreed, have they not helped them enough by handing PFC about £90M+ over the last three years?
-
I'm surprised the term `attacked' has not been used by Peter Tells Storries. I mean someone questioning him to his face has the potential to be much more painful than the paper cut he might have got from the tenners the Saints' fan was waving at him.
-
I have certainly enjoyed it, but is it much better than the Burley play off season? It certainly isn't anyway near as good as 2003.
-
so no matter what happens to our club from this day on you are going to shrug your shoulders and say "I am to blame for choosing to support Saints"? How do I save a post so I can retrieve it later?
-
Has Chanrai billed PFC for the first £1m installment on the hire of not arf krap?
-
I think there will be a lot of PFC season ticket holders telling the club where to go after the terrible treatment they got this year - paying £650 for a guarenteed ticket only to find that everyone else could get a ticket whenever they wanted for just £20 a game.

Take is easy sunshine and read my original post again, slowly. I was suggesting that you can be both happy about Saints life, but also still want to post negative things on a web forum - because not everything is perfect. I also tried to point out that this forum is a place for both positive and negative posts, so if you only want to read positive posts then it might be best if you stopped coming to the forum. You then went off on one about number of posts and he who shouts loudest, which missed the point completely, because of this I felt there was no choice but to criticise the thread. HTH.
-
I'd reply, but this thread has become too negative, or should I say dumb for me.
-
I had the same problem coming in, but I sure as hell wasn't going to park right at the ground as was warned it took ages to get away. this won't make you feel any better but there were actually two routes out, the back one (take the first available right on the road out of the ground) took me about four minutes all in.
-
what are you trying to say? Soft as muck me.
-
since when has predicting final league places and points been a fact?
-
I look forward to every single game with relish. Doesn't mean I will be spoon fed whatever the club gives me or accept everything no matter what. If you don't want opinions, good or bad, I suggest you make the 103rd post your last on here.

you got a pie? I was one of the earliest to join the Q on the right an they had no pies of pasties. Bloody crap. A warmish burger was all they had fior £3.10. What a rip off. I'd also like to moan about the seach on entry to the ground. I was asked if I minded being searched. I smiled and said of course not. At this point the steward firmly grabbed my wrist and patted me down. I enquired politely why he felt the need to hold my wrist and his response was so I know what you are doing while I do the search. The guy had at least 6 other stewards standing next to him. There was no danger of me doing anything, why would I? I take offense to being mal-handled like that. Never ever had that before. Was it just me?

makes me laugh that even The Portsmouth News hasn't worked out that wages are not £1.8m a month they are £3.1m a month.

When I pointed to the skates I know the shame of allowing a gun runner to fund your club, the general reponse was a shrug of the shoulders and a reply of "I don't care where the money comes from".
