I think this is unarguable. His ability to extract performances out of a breadth of players, keeping the entire squad involved in the campaign, has been astonishing.

Personally I think making a Wembley final would make a lovely bit of history for the club, but can understand how you wouldn't be interested in that.
If they are right in the title mix come January then maybe they will be distracted. But they don't have Europe so really can afford to fight on both fronts.
