Assuming Gobern & Connolly sign we do not lack numbers. So this summer I feel the emphasis will be on bringing in "quality" I'd be suprised if we signed more than 3 players on permanent deals. We will be better placed as a championship club to attract better quality loanees.

I heard that some of our players were spotted in town last night. Totally unprofessional, clearly the manager has lost the dressing room, Adkins out!

Someone told me (probably a p1ss take) that the club/players receive a trophy & medals for being runners up? any truth in this?

I'd imagine that this winters weather was taken into consideration. We had it bad by our standards but nothing compared to Carlisle.

We have a winner! All three are excellent. I think they would mange to keep the boring old traditionalists (like me) happy but also appeal to the modern thinkers.

Congratulations to Brighton.The transformation from last season is incredible. Next season they'll not have the advantage of playing at a ground than everybody hates visiting. Moving into a new stadium can be a disadvantage initially (as we found) I'm looking forward to going there though.

We had some great days with Lawrie but he definately got it wrong that day. I also think he got it wrong in the League Cup Final versus Forest when he had Sealey on the bench and not Manny A or Hebberd. If we could have stuck Manny on Gemmil (like he did in the semi v Curry) it might have been different

If it was registered against the purchasers address proof of id/address will be fine. If it was not registered probably not. Get to the ticket ofice early would be my advice.

I would be suprised if it was posponed even if they hav 3 players called up. I would have thought that in their current predicament the need to get some cash in the bank would be the overiding factor in any decision, especialy as pay day arrives shortly after the match.

I agree but the after match thread is really just people letting of steam. I am glad we are away this weekend as I think there would be a tense atmosphere at St Mary's.
