This. Pardew helped turn things around at the club, after the depths of despair of the previous season. Very solid foundations were laid and that was part of the reason the overall picture was much brighter when Adkins took over (league position not withstanding).

You want more from Nigel, really? But in your opinion he was effectively fired 2 weeks back and is working his notice already, until we finally finally conclude our search for a replacement.
