All mind games, but can see them selling up in the future. They have a 5 year plan that Marcus wanted carrying up, they must stick to this surely. Not sure what the future holds, but rocky road ahead I think, as that 'togetherness' has well and truly been shattered. Owners sell the club, chairman leaves, manager leaves, players leave..... Back to square 1 for SFC!

Never a dull day at Southampton Football Club. Well I enjoyed the last 4 seasons. 5 year plan they said, we are suppose to implode at the end of next season, as champions.

A crisis, is just around the corner IMO, this would be very bad news, as we are moving in the right direction. New balls please!

You still have very very small chance to be, and in a way, I would like to see Wigan stay up, and Sunderland go down!

Even if so, Wigan will go down with 35 or 38 points. Which means, yes you guessed it, we were safe on 39 points..... I know you really want Wigan to win there last 2 so you can say the opposite!

Saints 2-0 Stoke

Who knows, we will not know until next season, and will never know if we are good enough next season with th current team if we change it! I think this team next season would do better than this season, as they are young, and had a season in the premier league. I also think there will be many teams worse than us. Of course we will spend, but even this does not mean it will improve the 'team'. We could sight 3/4/5 top class players and still struggle. That is football. We did not change much over the course of the season, but we improved, gained experience and learnt quickly, and at times look a very handy side.

Would love - 6th (or higher), but this is realistic Head says - 8th-10th Ask me again after our dealings in the summer. Then ask me again in October/November/December, and then ever bloody week during the last half of the season, and then we can start the nonsense all over again this time next year! To be honest I still do not know where we are going to finish this season 17th or 10th! But I think 12th-14th. But please do ask me at half time next weekend.
