I always have a terrible feeling about games against Reading. I used to live there and used to go and watch them as one of those lower league club, and I have a few friends there, and we do seem to struggle against them. Saying this I think we will win this one as they are pretty crap!! lol

Does anyone follow an Ice Hockey team? Back in 1996 I moved to Guildford with work, and started watching the Guildford Flames at the Spectrum Centre, and then ended up working in the leisure centre and watching games for free. I was hooked because in 1997/8 they won the lot. I moved away from Guildford to Reading, then back to Southampton and then on to Royston, but still try and go along and watch them. I find it a really entertaining sport and fast pace, but which there was a team closer to where I live now!!

NEVER HAPPEN.....would not make any sense and would mean that only a handful of clubs would have something to play for. This is just another example of football being more about s business, now what business would not want a min £40million payment every year??

Correct, they have moved 300 yards down the road, they will get moved on from there and will go 300 yards back up the road to the old site....if they wait that long!! If not they just move them on and they become some other peoples 'problem'.

You are right with the second part in my opinion, they would be better in a large inoor arena, but I am sure they will play in one. Saw Ian Brown at Somerset house, and it was the first time he covered Stone Roses stuff, and the crowd went nuts, just thinking of that x 100 = Fanbloodytastic!!

I have seen Ian Brown 7 times, and the last time about a year ago his voice was the best I have heard it, but yes overall he does struggle to sing, but he is one of the best front men, and owns the stage. Stone Roses on stage, I never thought I would see the day, and cannot wait!!! bring it on!! I cannot see it being rubbish...ha ha ha!

So was it a good press conference or as it seems, was it about knobs?

West Ham will go up, I have no doubt about it, but not playing the football their fans expect. Shows how fickle fans are, that was their first away defeat off the back of a 4-0 home win and the fans or some of them on a forum (so less than 0.5% of the fans) are getting on his back......sounding familiar??
