Managed to get seats we wanted for Palace and Burnley no problem. Free match ticket with home shirt offer is still on, just don't use it for this weekend as it's cheap tickets anyway!

Wow, wow, what a race! Well chuffed that both the nasty red cars ended up out. Really pleased that Jenson won in the absence of our man Hamilton not being able to get up there. Saying that, Lewis raced incredibly well to get up to fourth from the back - which is now actually third as Trulli has been given a 25s penalty for overtaking him under the safety car. What started out this morning as a damage limitation excercise for Macca has actually turned into a bloody good day at the races for Lewis. Bloomin' brilliant. Incidentally, Vettel has also been penalised for the Kubica collision - 10 place grid penalty for Malaysia.

I'm Macca through and through, so will of course be wanting Lewis and Heikki to kick arse, but that doesn't stop me hoping Jenson does well, seeing as he's one of our own. Interesting that Toyota have now been caught out with something else, going to be intriguing to see how this all pans out with the diffuser situation seeing as all results are effectively provisional until the hearing. We could have a completely different table in four weeks time if they do turn out to be illegal. Apparently Macca are already developing something though, just in case they aren't!

Saturday: Watch Aussie GP qualifying, work 9:00 - 17:30, be down at SMS for 19:15 for Ex-Saints Dinner thing Sunday: Watch Aussie GP (c'mon Lewis, pull yer finger out), decorate bathroom, food shopping, other non-exciting housey type things. Prediction: 3.243/10

Thank feck. Though they want to make their bleeding minds up, arsing around like this just before the start of the season. Hopefully it'll actually allow teams to object properly and get something done about it, rather than the whole concept just being deferred for a year - if the latter is the case, they may as well have just left it in force now.

Waterloo.

Been before (the couple of days before the Blackpool game last season, actually!) and quite like the place. And it's more local than Blackpool to go shopping at Ellesmere Port on Sunday.

If things stay as they are, I will still be going to away games only. Home games are currently spent working, relaxing or very, very occasionally going to SMS.

7 of us did the weekender last season, bloomin' brilliant. Being more reserved this year and staying in Chester. How very civil.

I know we've got sponsorship with an airline, but didn't realise we'd moved into selling planes too.

Tonight: Drinkie and foodage in front of the tellehbox. Saturday: Work 10:00 - 14:00, possibly dash to SMS, if not, home to do some file transferring to my MacBook, off to Poole Dogs in the evening for a double birthday celebration. Sunday: More MacBook, more bathroom re-jigging, possibly see Mum as it is her birthday.
