5th March 1997. Saints vs. Everton. 2-2.

Unfortunately that was pretty much how I experienced the Wolves game, thanks to ****ty bank holiday traffic. 'Twas awful. Thank god I don't have to do the same tomorrow!

David Luker has already confirmed to someone on here we're getting 4,300. If home tickets have only just gone on sale, either expect an announcement saying they'll go on sale on Tuesday, or some sort of priority scheme which they're still cooking up. To be honest I don't think there's time for pre-registration or the like now, would imagine it'll just go down the normal route.

Carlisle has got to be done, just for the experience. Bring on the new grounds!

David Hughes Testimonial 26th April, a few old faces will be there

FFS, if this was all about the money, they'd be charging for kids, and charging at least double for adults. It's an old boys kick-about to recognise Hughesy's services to Eastleigh. Fair play. I grew up with a lot of these players in our squad, and I'm happy to pay a fiver to have the opportunity to show my appreciation to them, and David. -
Cyber applause to all the Saints fans at Wolves today..

lol @ the naughty chair steward. You lot can't have been that far from me, seeing as he was right in front of me! Shame when things like that are the only entertainment you can get from a Saints game though, isn't it!? -

Devastated. Dunno why, we pretty much saw it coming - just not quite in the manner in which it actually occurred! Don't congratulate us too much though. That place is a ****** to get atmosphere going in the away section, we tried our best before the sucker punches, but after that it did go noticeably quiet. Unsurprisingly, there was nothing much to shout about after that, it and did hit people, me included - stunned into silence I think I said at half time. Fair play to those that did try and keep it going mind - just don't be shouting in my ear telling me I shouldn't be there because I'm not singing. -

Well at least he's got an appropriate tie on, eh!? ;-)

My voice still hadn't completely recovered from Saturday - I was still very croaky yesterday morning. Now it's buggered again, and with another two games in the next six days, I'm not even sure it'll recover completely before Sheff Wed! Absolutely brilliant last night, makes you proud to be a Saint, even in these troubled times. Well done everyone.

Yup, tickets bought, back in the Northam.
-
I just can't bring myself to watch it. I don't fancy the repair bill for my television. Anyone reckon he'll turn up tomorrow!?
-
Maybe it would be best to hit city center and the pubs with this, as I've heard a rumour the club themselves will be arranging collections on the turnstiles.
-
And that's the exact reason it'll be staying open unless we go down the swanny. Had it confirmed today.
-
Err, you can - I bought mine yesterday.
-
I can't watch quali live, damn it. At least I'll get to see the race live. Serves you right for playing, silly man.
-
Bleeding pillocks. What a stupid position to put ourselves in. May as well have gone the same way as Heikki and not bothered racing, would've saved us a lot of hassle and car usage.
-
lol, brilliant. Do you actually personally know anyone that has done this? Have you spoken to anyone who has done this? I bet the answer to both is no, so don't pre-judge people you don't even know.
-
Already done, along with Palace and Burnley.
-
£1k plus whatever time and effort would be required to get it going/moving/etc.
-
Completely ignore me, I'm talking ballacks -seeing as it's just dawned on me that Block 39 is a bloody corner! Why they told me they weren't open is a complete mystery!

Staff at Megastore said to me "So you're spending now Rupert has gone then, are you?" My response? "Hell yeah!"
