Good news still a little tentative however, but just feels tonight that at long last we may just may have finally turned the corner. However we need to keep this good run going to instil the positive winning attitude.

Seems as Ap has said it may well take him a week or two to get fully to grips with the football at this level. Also think he will frustrate as much as he excites at times, but as he continues to get to grips with this league, & the speed of the English game he will become a bigger threat at this level.

I've thought all along that we will have a really good 2nd half of the season & just miss out on play off place, but be in a good position to go all out next year for automatic promotion. Ap having put all the pieces of the jig saw in position for next season. Although I would love to be wrong & get a play off place this year & get promoted at Wembley, all right back to reality.

Just seems that now that AP has at last found the correct way & position in the team to Play him. He is now starting to show his undoubted ability, Long may it continue!

Just in from work Great result at last things seem to be coming together. sounds like we bossed the game & at last we are starting to put the ball in the back of the net. Seems like Lallana has found his proper position as the goals are flowing, LONG may it continue.

Potentially a very good signing, if he can stay fit & has the desire to get back to his best then as AP says could be one of the bargains of the season. So welcome David lets hope it all goes well for you & Saints.

Seriously starting to get worried now, seems that no matter who we get in, we can't put together a winning team. I never expected it to be easy in this league, but I didn't expect to be going into October with 10 games gone & still be in negative points. The biggest worry for me is for all the signings we've made the lack of obvious improvement in the team & the still fragile defending & lack of confidence. Also there is an obvious lack of pace & width in the team which needs to be resolved.

Very bad news my thoughts are with Chris & Ron lets hope she pulls through.

Well I'd just about given that up nice for us to score in Fergie time for a change. Disappointing to be in that situation though, & we really need to address the pace issue in our team. Carlisle seemed to be in behind our defence a number of times with dangerous crosses coming in. We seemed to be crossing from deep, making it easy for there keeper. Will be interesting to see match comments from those who've been about this. But well done Saints for not giving it up & salvaging a point.
