  1. £90, rip off corner shops.
  2. Fkn sourdough. Only bread I'll entertain is Warburton's white, thick toastie bread. Occasionally a lump of white tiger bread. I don't eat masses of bread but it has to be white, with cold butter. Butter not marg or other crap, butter.
  3. Is he stuck in a glass box? Let him loose, burn off that energy on the bouncing twerps.
  4. I love how someone needed to tell you that, what is wrong with people??
  5. Cardiff will be lucky to sign him, a gem of a goalie, they should push hard now before competition hots up.
  6. Flip the points round, Chelsea shouldn't be above Arsenal in the table. I'd go 8 points win, 6 points semi etc etc and descend.
  7. Jander's legs seem like Inspector Gadget when he makes some of those tackles, you can see the leg grow, win the ball and retract again. One of the best at winning the ball in that way I've seen, without fouling. He's got a huge future.
  8. True, not very "Tonda" of me thinking so far ahead, win against Preston next
  9. We do have a significant advantage over other teams of the players knowing the ground, the dressing room, the walk, the noise and the occasion.
  10. With Flynn Downes on the pitch in the last two matches, neither of those long range shots (from Man City or Ipswich tonight) happen, in my opinion. Flynn has been excellent at closing down those sort of spaces. Thoughts?
  11. Wood, would probably be my "most improved player". For more than a few matches now, he's been WAY above the level he was playing at before and mentally a completely different character to the one in the team in 2025. His performance on Saturday against that calibre of attacking player was incredible really.
  12. I couldn't even pick a "most improved", let alone a player of the season, where do you start?
  13. Good point ... I was focusing on the one before ... BBD, Cornet, and then mixing in Damian Downs and loaning out Bree. It's all a horrible blur 😂
  14. I think I'd agree that whatever league we're in next season, we need some stability now and this group now seems like the winning formula all round. How quickly things change in football ... (Caveat: As long as whoever did the January transfer window can do this coming summer and not the person who did last summer's transfer window ... )
  15. This is really noticeable for me. My lad, 11 has absolutely loved it this year as we all have; his face at Wembley was a picture and great to see him 'singing' along with us all too. Before Christmas he was not overly fussed about us renewing season tickets, on the way home on Saturday he asked "can we have season tickets again next year?" These types of matches, these type of performances, players and management busting a gut to win everything and build proper relationships with fans is what we've missed for years and is the key to getting the younger generation loving the club. Good times.
  16. It was "soulless" on Saturday apparently 😂 ... https://inews.co.uk/sport/football/man-city-wembley-empty-seats-wake-up-call-4381506?utm_source=fb&utm_campaign=social_fb_posts&utm_medium=social&fbclid=IwY2xjawRb5DRleHRuA2FlbQIxMABzcnRjBmFwcF9pZBAyMjIwMzkxNzg4MjAwODkyAAEeckExGBSd_lNYIpHJ7beqvPPRU6gwSTwuVD7yyxGKoSYNWvDUOIc_sZDdMkg_aem_wlADJnyf8CctiSfV0-YCfw
  17. I don't get this. Yes their support was more subdued and our fans were well on voice as you would be with nearly 20k more fans. But all the Man City fans I saw were fine, no different to any other fanbase. Plus they get to Wembley what, 2 or 3 times a year, every year, it's not cheap for us, let alone from Manchester.
  18. Inevitable to get some helmets who need to lay off the sniff and booze in the sun. I didn't see anything, but there's no excuse in this day and age to be a tool at the match like that. All clubs suffer from this though in large numbers.
  19. Same ... and wide awake with noises in my head 😂 Brilliant day out, despite the score, love this team right now!
  20. Hideous, plus Stoke's defence looks awful - PTSD from the start of our season with him in goal and a defence all over the place. The near empty stadium was telling too.
  21. In my opinion it has. I have season tickets, but thanks for the advice.
  22. It has been poor, just don't know why.
  23. He was an absolute penis. Needs looking into to see where his loyalties lie.
  24. Still unbeaten is the main thing, that many wins in a row was a ridiculously tall order, but remaining unbeaten is good. We looked very tired I thought, much slower to winning balls than we have been and a little slower, especially at the back, although Manning was everywhere. The fact we were even talking about automatic places was amazing considering the journey that team have been on this season. 7 wins in a row starts again on Saturday
