Have you ever installed on a property with a tenant? I currently live abroad (and probably for the next year or so) and am renting out my house, worried that the FITs will be withdrawn and inflation is eating into my savings. I'd want Sharp panels and as Pugwash has pointed out, a decent inverter. In a PO post code and not in the country so the local distribution network is fine and I wouldn't worry about "islanding", S facing roof but only a terrace so about 3kW max I'd imagine.

Something English would be better: how about Spem in Alium which is a 40 part motet: divide the crowd into 40 groups...

Find someone you trust with a wood-burning stove - it makes great kindling and fire starting material and will them a bit of heat into the bargain. Anyway, you think you've got it bad - I'm a language teacher of various different levels from elementary school to adults and often keep materials "just in case". Plus I have to deal with two different tax systems... I went to Anderlecht the posh way as Dad got me a priv BEA ticket as he worked for them and I made a weekend of it. Being posh like, I wandered round Brussels and went to an art gallery or museum, but yes, I may have had a beer or two. But not as much a some of you lot!! Chanson d'Amour still sticks in my brain, the stadium was decrepit and I remember (correctly?) Osgood losing the ball on the half way line for them to score. One of the Resenbrincks was playing for them - oh gawd, I don't know, perhaps I did have a few beers.

Well it won't be Pompey because the League make sure there are no derbies on opening day. Same here: it's been a poor winter for snow and dry for ages but we've had 40mm+ on a couple of days, 20 on others so 4inches or so in the last 3/4days plus on Wednesday it snowed down to 1000m! Still cloudy and threatening but boy, are the mountains looking flush with green..

Good point about 1st team football but he's not "definately" a winger. He can play there, but from the admittedly limited live and Saintsplayer footage I've seen he's got greater football awareness, far more comfortable playing inside and a compact strength to go with the pace. If the reports I've heard about the stop watch timings are true he's no slower than TW.
