You can look at it like that, or you can look at it as Jan having done well considering the poor (inexperienced may be fairer) players at his disposal. A few games ago remember how we were all on top of the world because of the way we were playing. Surely he is capable of getting back to that by taking things back to basics.

I'm in that boat at the moment. I would have to leave work in London early to get there. While that in itself is tempting, right now I'm not sure about my motivation to get all the way down to Southampton.

Fair point, but drifts out more on the wing haha. On a serious note, its a fair point keeping it simple, and I agree. However, Lallana is one of the few players who is displaying a natural creative side, and reads the game very well. I think the team I suggested has been kept simple, contains experience and relative balance considering the players at our disposal.

Lallana totally drifts out of games when he plays out wide. He is your typical player in the hole and must play there IMO.

Truely poor decision to play Killer tonight. He is clealy not going to last the season, let alone more than 1 game a week. Jan should have realised this.

Just look at the position Rotherham are in to see how much worse it can get. They don't have their own ground, are in danger of dropping out the football league all together and the club is being run from a small office on an industrial estate. Right now, it feels as though it is not too long until Saints begin to reach that stage.

I would say it would be hard for him to shut up anymore than he already is. He's a tyre kicker like all the rest of them.
