I could not quite believe how unfit he was last night. He was physically unable to track his runners and was blowing out his arse after 5 minutes of running. I'm fully aware he has not been playing recently, but has he not done any fitness training while being out the first team picture??????

The defense is woefully inadequate for this league. Unless it is significantly improved I'm afraid we will be cut off at the bottom of the league by Christmas.

I would wait and see until its on our website to be honest. There are plenty of times when one clubs confirms it and it ends up not happening.

I'm planning on going to the QPR game. Can you buy extra tickets on your season ticket for away games or is it just one ticket allocated per season ticket?....I can't remember.

I agree with that, and it would go some way to solving our lone striker problem. However, we have no alternative left back so Surman can't play there and Lallana's best position is definitely in the hole. EDIT: In fact, I would like to see Cork played at LB purely so we can try that.

I have said it before and I will say it again, while I'm a fan of the formation, we are desperately going to struggle to score enough goals. We also need a plan B for times where our fluid football is just not possible. Sometimes you really do need to lump it.....but in the right way.

Some of these comments are very harsh on Dyer and are clearly people just looking for a scapegoat. Firstly, he hasn't played for weeks, so to expect him to be match sharp is quite frankly naive. Secondly, he is the type player we can't do without. People are criticising him saying all he has is pace, well it is exactly that which we would significantly lack if we didn't have him. He instantly put Camara on the back foot when he came on and was unlucky not to set up a goal. Yes he lost the ball a couple of times, but give him longer than 15 minutes to get his touch back for christ sake.

The times that John is brought on means its very difficult for him to get into the game. You will find that a player that is always coming on for the last 15 minutes or so will very rarely have an impact. If you were to play John for the number of games McGoldrick has played, then I guarantee he will have scored the same number of goals, if not more. However, I take nothing away from David, as he was one of the few who can come out of todays game with any credit.
