  1. Now let him do the same to Antonio next week. Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk
  2. Keep JWP at RB. Let him sort Antonio out. Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk
  3. An interesting situation is developing. I'd say that JWP is now our best RB. He's now also our best box-to-box midfielder. He can't play both positions at once, so it comes down to the best cover for him in either position. Up to now, we've been looking at Romeu for DM or Valery or KWP at RB, but after Smallbone's performance today I'd be tempted to keep JWP at RB and Smallbone to partner Hojbjerg. 4. Insurance bets must have lost a fortune today. Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk
  5. But remember the times that's happened and we've lost 0-1. [emoji3525] Now increase Wet Sham's problems next week and we can almost relax. Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk
  6. Record intact. Fingernails only just. Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk
  7. Get Romeu on fir Smallbone, Adams for Long. Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk
  8. Sounds good, but can't relax until we've got another one or two. Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk
  9. Don't be ridiculous. [emoji23][emoji23] Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk
  10. I'll get this started nice and early and see if I can keep up my winning record. Seriously need a win as badly as when we started our last good run. I believe we'll do it, but need an early goal and the crowd behind them, not on their backs. Gutted that I can't be there. COYR! Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk
  11. I think that's unlikely Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk
  12. Does that mean a ban? Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk
  13. I can see sense in it. Our RB will be up against Grealish. JWP did a great job on Zaha the other week and I'd trust him to do it again today. Probably not the game to bring Valery back after a long lay-off which has probably affected his energy and stamina levels. Hope Smallbone comes good: a risk putting him in ahead of Romeu, but potentially more positive. Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk
  14. Wonder why he got the nod ahead of Romeu? Can only be an attacking move. Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk
  15. I see Boufal has made the bench. Bit of good news. Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk
  16. I would guess they'll line up that way. Sky show a 433 with Djenepo at RB. Please no. [emoji15] Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk

  18. Derby ahead with a penalty almost identical to the handball we didn't get a penalty last week. No consistency. Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk
  19. No. Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk
  20. This is something I've noticed. They often make millimetre decisions on offside, having very inaccurately chosen the moment the ball was played. The disallowed Wolves goal v Leicester was another example. Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk
  21. Oh dear. How sad. Never mind. I agree. He's gone right down in my estimation. Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk
  22. What perplexes me is that, in the past, a ref could make a mistake (albeit possibly biased) in a fraction of a second. Now there is not the same excuse fir the VAR ref. They have time to consider and examine, yet it seems to me that we are still seeing very dubious VAR decisions. Why? First problem is the "clear and obvious". It seems far too easy for the VAR ref to take a subjective view on this. Some VAR refs seem very reluctant to overrule. Others are only too keen to make their influence felt. Is this an issue of seniority or pecking order between ref and VAR ref? There have certainly been instances of VAR refs giving unlikely red cards and penalties and also not overruling when there seemed to be a clear error. Secondly, there is little or no dialogue between ref and VAR ref. Rugby works well because the on-field ref asks clear questions, can see the replays himself and there is a joint decision with clarity. VAR should be improving things. It's the way it's being implemented that's wrong. Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk
  23. And another VAR offside by a whisker. Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk
  24. True. But when you think back to Bertrand's red against Leicester, it's ridiculous that Maguire is deemed by VAR to be innocent of violent conduct. Stays on and scores. VAR is being implemented so badly and inconsistently it's making things worse, not better. Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk
  25. Heaven forbid it be suggested that VAR is somewhat biased in favour of Manure, but it looks that way. Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk
