True. Good, isn't it, to actually know our best team. Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk

Yep. End of discussion. Even the bench is obvious. Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk

Strange that you don't think relegation is worse than 14th. Let's take a game at a time, as I said. Pick up points from Wolves and Palace then get excited about beating Spurs. I just don't think an upcoming Cup game pushes everything else into the background. Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk

I'd take a Cup win and 14th, but we won't finish that low if we keep up our form. As commented above, each league place is £1m and we have a chance of 7th and Europe. I would never take relegation as a price for a Cup win as I care about the financial security of the club and the jobs of the 60% of backroom staff who would lose their jobs if we went down. More likely Long to start then Djenepo to run them ragged when they tire. Adams for Ings as he fades. Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk

I want both. You're misrepresenting what I said. You said you're suprised there's not a Spurs build-up thread yet. What I'm saying is one game at a time. Just because there's a good Cup game coming up doesn't mean you forget about the league. To some degree, that was a problem for us around the Skates game. Look at the results. He won't start. It'll be Long, and rightly so after his recent performances. Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk

Agreed it should be a good game and winnable. But the FA Cup is a bit of a lottery. How strong a team will each side field? Very unlikely to be full strength as both sides have two league games first next week. I'm happy to concentrate on Wolves and then Palace. Much as I want to progress in the Cup, I'd take four points in those games over a Cup win. Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk

Shame about no ET but I thought Wolves looked a tired team. Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk

1-0 Mancs. Looked offside but presumably VAR checked it. Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk

Traore playing free and easy with his elbows but doesn't seem to matter. Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk

And then pens, and they lose. Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk

Amusing that Birmingham will be the away team at their home ground in the next round. Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk

I remember it well. Wolves were the better team. Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk

Thanks, as ever. Great read. Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk

Villa have got Pepe Reina on loan. Could help. Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk

A lot depends on how they react to yesterday's thrashing. I'd say Norwich are getting close to the point of no return: 6 point gap to the next team and 8 to safety. Bournemouth are dropping like a stone and unless something drastically changes they'll be gone too. Of the rest, Watford are going nowhere but up, Burnley seem to grind results out when they need them. I'd love to see West Ham go but would say less likely than Villa. And don't rule out Newcastle and Brighton. If either hit a bad run they'll be quickly back in the mire. Fingers crossed, Saints should be ok. Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk

Had forgotten you're another Shropshire fan. You can't be far from me, in Wem. Lots of Wolves fans around here. Would be a very good time turn them over, especially as I'll be coming home on a trainload of them. [emoji15][emoji3525] Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk

Yes. Away and on Weds. There is still extra time before penalties in FA Cup replays, so we can hope. Will be interesting to see how weak a team they put out. Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk

Hope so. Be good to get three in a row. Good to meet you yesterday! [emoji106] Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk

Do they still have players to come back from injury? Think they had something like nine out? Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk

When at least ten of the starting eleven now pick themselves as long as they stay fit, these threads are getting shorter. Still think it'll be a tough game. Wolves are quite big and physical, things we can struggle against. It will help if they came to attack rather than sitting back. Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk

Was just thinking that. Once they're behind, they don't look to have any confidence that they can get back into it. Just like we were three months ago. Shows how much we've advanced: yesterday, playing away, we were behind to a top team who thrashed us recently, but fought back convincingly. Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk
