They've got a pretty easy home game midweek before our game (Norwich) then Man City the next week. Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk

Don't see why we can't beat them again (if it is Spurs). Both teams will have changes. No Kane. Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk

If it's Spurs I'm guessing it may move for TV. Skates are are home too, so one will move anyway. In fact they could be on TV too. Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk

This. I'm as loyal and committed as any Saints fan and enjoyed putting the fishy ones in their place. But there's more to success for Saints than living to beat that lot. In the wider view a Cup run would be great, but consolidating the league improvement is the first priority. Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk

Haven't seen the Cobblers since they moved from the County Ground, shared with the County Cricket Club. Was bizarre. They couldn't play home football games until the end of the cricket season as the stand on one side was built each year on the cricket outfield. Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk

This. Home games involve more travel for me than nearly every away game. It's a luxury to be able to get to some away games relatively easily. Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk

That's just ridiculous. In effect, this means the VAR ref can overrule the ref on a whim, or (as is happening) incidents are ignored. We have to get back to the on-field ref always having the final decision. There's so much wrong with the way it's currently bring used. Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk

I think this was the worst VAR decision so far. The ref took no part in the decision. Just the VAR ref deciding to get involved and his view was taken without question. I was there and would argue there was no violent intent in the tackle. Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk

It can, and should happen. This is the first ref sensible and brave enough to do it. Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk

Yes. And I think the fact that the ref took the time to check it on the pitchside monitor, rather than it being a snap decision, makes it unlikely to be overturned. Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk

Jones for Liverpool. Great shot. Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk

Minamino looks poor to me. Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk

Fulham, Derby or Norwich then. Or Man City away. Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk

My local club. I've been to the New Meadow (now Montgomery Waters Meadow) but would love to see Saints there. But I can't make the next round, so hope it doesn't happen. As I'll miss it, I'll settle for boring home fixture (Derby, maybe) Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk

Think so. Oddly, yellows in cup games are considered separately to league games this year (don't count in the league yellow count, two yellows in cup games gets a one game cup ban) but reds count across all comps. Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk

Ali booked for simulation. Only a week late. Perhaps the VAR review took that long. [emoji1787][emoji1787] Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk

What's the point of that? We know we're by far the better team and we've just thrashed them at FP. Let them stew in frustration smarting from the 0-4 for many years whilst they languish in their appropriate level a couple of leagues below us. Why the urge to give them the chance of an upset? We'd be faced with risking our important players or, more sensibly, playing the same team.as yesterday, but then maybe giving them a chance. Either way, it becomes a big distraction from keeping the PL form going. Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk

Must try to remember that Chelsea and Spurs are now categorised as "p!ss poor" Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk -
Totally agree. Our results around the last game really fell away. Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk

If at home, would be ok, but we so clearly have bragging rights after the last game I'm in no rush to play them again. Any lower league opposition at home would be good Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk

Don't agree at all. We kept possession well, were patient and took the chances when they came. There was no need for rushed attacking with the likely misplaced passes They did a job, and did it well. Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk -

Don't understand this at all. We were in control. Huddersfield made no attempt to take the ball from us at the back so of course we played it around at our leisure. There was absolutely no need to be urgently pressing forward. Did you see Liverpool v Sheffield Utd? Exactly the same. Would you criticise Liverpool who just passed SU to death until they got a chance. Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk -

Agree with much of what has been said. Really, plenty to be positive about. Gunn got a game, did what he had to, no mistakes. Danso respectable at RB. Yoshida very solid. Would have no worries about him stepping in for Bednarek or Stephens. Voskins had a decent game, but might struggle against PL opposition. Great goal. Smallbone was ok and took his goal well. JWP showed he is a class above. Held things together and made a great chance for Adams. Romeu was fine, if a little rusty, but no mistakes. Boufal was back to his old frustrating self. One negative. The other was Adams who looks lost, but I'm still convinced he can come good. Long was great. Worked hard and was robbed of a perfectly good goal. And a word for Ralph. Brave but good team selection and subs used well. Good day out. Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk
