My understanding is that Aviva will have to agree with the deal for it to go through so there is no reason why SLH cannot get a CVA. 15mill is not alot when compared to the debt but it is way more than what they would have got had everything been wound up. No one would want to buy the club with a massive mortgage so the buyers would make sure they got the lot and a CVA - I think.

If they are going to splash serious cash then Keegan has to be the best bet. He as a good record as a cheque book manager and can attract decent players. He would raise the club's profile and create a feel-good factor that would increase revenue from day 1.

If he did then it was dumb, it's fair enough being deceived by Lynham but to actually stump up your own money so some mystery millionaire can think about buying the club is rediculously nieve. It's quite clear Pinnacle were full of ****, they couldn't find the dough so used the FL as an excuse.

Couldn't Fry sell off certain assets of the PLC, then whoever's buying the club could take what's left of the PLC (effectively just the club) out of administration with a CVA?

But won't the creditors have to agree to the deal before it goes ahead - if a deal goes ahead?

But surely as the League decided SFC and SLH are linked then if SLH gets a CVA then SFC should avoid the -15?

Bournemouth were deducted 27 points in total, -10 when they were in League 1 and -17 the following season in League 2 because they couldn't agree a CVA. It would have been -15 but they have been in receivership before so the League bunged another two on top. We would be looking at -25 max, I think we should avoid the extra 15 though - hopefully.

Rotherham and Bournemouth got a further -17 on top of the -10. I expect we would be looking at a further -15 because we havn't previously been in admin, I think it was Bournmouth and Rotherhams second time hence the addition -2.
