  1. If this happens then serious questions have to be asked with regards to the timing of the administration. Lowe putting us in admin a few days after the deadline, meaning we start on -10, would mean a reduction in the cost of the club. If he is in any way involved in buying it again it would look like he did it on purpose.
  2. I'm amazed a professional footballer can take a penalty as bad as that. Matt le Tiss, probably the Prem's best ever penalty taker, has his DVD in the ****ing club store, you only have to watch that to know the best way to score is to hit it hard and low into the corner of the goal.
  3. The fact that a few saddos on here are crying over a pitch invasion and a few things being chucked about speaks volumes for how the behavior of fans has improved since the 70's and 80's. What happened today really was nothing to get bothered about.
  4. Yeah, because in the 80's this sort of thing would never have happened!
  5. Storm in a tea cup IMO, no point being melodramatic about it.
  6. Well done mate, true Saint.
  7. Since when has our bank account been frozen? I was under the impression it was Barclays who put the current administrators in control, I'm sure they will give them more leeway than Lowe with regards to the overdraft. What exactly would Barclays have to gain through having the club die?
  8. If we get brought out by people looking to invest then, even with -10, we will be in a better situation than if Lowe and the PLC were still here.
  9. Wouldn't make any difference, if we start next year on zero, despite finishing in the bottom 3, it would open a can of worms with every team in League 1. We will be on -10 next season, -25 if no CVA is agreed in time.
  10. Can someone explain what Barclays/Aviva have to gain through forcing liquidation? How much would they get if the club was liquidated? SMS is worthless as anything other than a football stadium, the council have made it pretty clear that is all it will ever be used for. As long as there is 15-20 thousand people willing to pay £20 a go to watch a game of football there, surely it makes it worthwhile for the bank to keep the club running? Also if we are that close to liquidation why not flog that farmland, Staplewood or the academy?
  11. Just explain the lies, it's least you owe us you ****.
  12. Wether they believed there was a loophole or not makes no difference at all, the same loophole would have applied before the deadline, only the potential outcome nowhere near as bad. Wether we were good enough to stay up or not makes no difference when you take 10 points off. The financial situation didn't change that much from the 26th March to the 2nd April so admin was going to happen even if we played like Brazil. there is no excuse for how Lowe has ****ed up the club, either he did it on purpose or he was criminally negligent.
  13. We missed the deadline by 1 week, Lowe either did it on purpose or made a schoolboy error.
  14. Bringing in Wotton, Perry, Cork, Holmes, Pearce, Gasmi, Forecast, Pulis, Peckhart, Robertson, Smith, Scheiderlin, Molyneaux, Saeijs and Liptack would suggest otherwise.
  15. I think they got more because they have been in administration before.
  16. I dispair as to why Lowe didn't do it just a few days before, 6 ****ing days earlier and we wouldn't have to right off a whole season. Stupid ****ing ****.
  17. Does anyone know, if we are so close to folding, why havn't we flogged that bloody farm, or Staplewood? Those computerised eye gyms Woodward put in must be worth a bit. I don't see why I should stump up any cash when the club has plenty of stuff to flog.
  18. Surely the club could flog the farm, Staplewood, academy etc instead of folding?
  19. The administrator will accept the bid that offers the most money, if that is a bunch of fans with buckets then there is obviously no other credible bids out there - hence it being a last resort.
  20. I see the usual plebs are moaning. Of course it's far from ideal but if it's a choice between no club or a club run by a trust it's hardly a choice is it? lets hope they can organise something that may save the club just in case. All true Saints fans should want this as well.
  21. Why would we fold when every other club that has gone into admin has just carried on playing as normal?
  22. Oh when the Saints go Johnstone's Paint.
  23. Are you watching Yeovil Town.
