  1. Wotte talks more crap than Poortvleit. That is some achievement. Every time he opens his gob he just confirms what we all know and why he is unsuitable for the job - he knows jack **** about the Championship.
  2. I think we will get slaughtered, Wotte's honeymoon period (1 point from two home games) will be over.
  3. What a load of ******, everything you mention is a consequence of a badley managed football team not the cause. Football fans will always behave in the same way in those circumastances at any club in the country - you are balming the clubs demise on the nature of football supporters - what a load of crap. Saints fans have behaved way better than many other would had their club been on the receiving end of Lowe's bizarre experiments.
  4. If we don't win against Bristol City and results go against us then it is pretty much nailed on. Then we wont have to bother getting behind the team and we can focus on getting rid of Lowe and Wilde. The one small good thing about going into admin will be watching those ****ers lose every penny they had in the club. Lowe has well and truely screwed us over this season.
  5. All this protesting is just all too little too late as far as Championship survival is concerned, it all over bar the maths IMO. Our only (very slim) hope is if this Wotte bloke defies all logic and actually inspires the team to safety, all we can do is pack SMS and give the lads as much backing as possible. We need a plan for what to do when the inevitable is confirmed and what to do at the start of the league 1 campaign.
  6. Shame, Tony Adams is a completely ****e manager, he would have took them down.
  7. Havn't Plymouth been forced to sell loads of players? I expect Sturrock has had less to work with than our bunch of monkeys.
  8. The thing is if I were a pro footballer and some chavs came up to me giving me grief I would tell them to **** off. I expect BWP and McG just gave as good as they got - rightly so IMO.
  9. Like I said, if there is evidence, it could all be ******, I find it hard to believe Lallana would be made to cry but what someone said. Sounds like stuff made up by lads on the **** to me.
  10. Drunken stories are nearly always exaggerated, I expect this guy shouted abuse at them and they threw a chip at him or something. Unless there's any evidence it's not worth wetting your pants over.
  11. You're right, some of our players shouldn't be anywhere near the first team. But the fact is they have been thrown in at the deep end when many of them are not near ready. They shouldn't be in that situation but thanks to Lowe they are - do you think it encourages them to express themselves when every time something they try does not come off they are given vile abuse?
  12. We all knew this season would be hard but the frustrating thing is that we could be comfortably mid-table with the right management. Some of the youngsters have proved to be OK, we've had the resources to bring in 15 players. Even an average manager could have kept us up with well organised, motivated small squad of players, instead we've had the usual Lowe inspired manager merry-go-round and his usual interferance on player signings.
  13. Lowe could easily have resigned and left without a massive pay-off. And he could easily have returned without insisting on a wage (didn't Leon Crouch work unpaid?).
  14. But maybe some of our players are the type to run off stage scared sh*tless? I which case booing and hurling abuse is not going to help them, no? Maybe in the long run giving abuse will toughen them up, but the long run isn't important, the only thing that's important is getting 3 points at home each game.
  15. Point taken
  16. Lowe must have taken millions out of the club since he's been here. Wages, bonuses, dividends, pay-offs.
  17. I don't think we have a chance. If we had a proper manager we would have an outside chance, having a manager with zero championship experience gives us a severe handicap in this situation. The main reason we are screwed though is because the kids can't handle the pressure. They couldn't handle it when there was no pressure, each game from now on gets more and more serious - experience is vital - we have little in the team and none in the manager.
  18. You are talking complete ****e as usual, there were a few chants at 1-0 but none at 0-0.
  19. If we had a proper manager we would have a chance, as it stands I think we will be relegated by a mile, the last 2 or 3 games will be meaningless IMO.
  20. I think Rupert has to understand that the lower you go down the league, the more the club will rely on the goodwill factor. In the Prem Lowe could treat the fans with as much disrespect as he wanted - it would make no diference, it's not the case in this league. Sacking a popular manager and force-feeding us his experiments has had an effect on attendances as much as the rubbish home form.
  21. Sounds like ******, but the Wilde connection is interesting. Why he lied never did make any sense, maybe he could still pull a rabbit out the hat? Or maybe not.
  22. The thing is they do take the abuse as well as the praise, and of course they are aware that if they play bad then the crowd will not be happy. We all take stick in our work, if I screw up then I get grief of my boss, workmates and clients - and I accept that. Shouting abuse at McLaggon is the equivalent to putting the office Junior in the Managers position, watching him try as hard as he possibly can, they give him abuse for making a mistake knowing full well it is virtually impossible for him to do a proper job. I don't think abuse helps any player - young or old. When we were at the Dell I used to think one reason we stayed up was because in the relegation battle, if we went a goal down, the crowd would get behind the side. I used to remember going away to bigger teams - like Man City and Sunderland, and laugh when we went a goal up and the crowd would turn, hurl abuse and basically make their teams job a whole lot harder. Now it's like the roles have reversed, we think we are the big team with a devine right to stay up so it's us that rips into the team and it's the Doncasters who support when things go bad.
  23. I think you just proved my point, Ali Dia aside you've probably listed a bunch of players who would be legends for a club like Doncaster.
  24. The atmosphere at SMS does not help, there are a lot of fans who have a go at the players. Abuse can effect any player, with kids it's 10x worse IMO. There's not alot that can be done about it, fact is most Saints fans have been spoilt over the years watching Keegan, Channon, Shearer, Le Tiss etc, whoever steps out at SMS will be considered **** by many fans. Teams like Doncaster will have an advantage over us because there is less pressure on them, just like when we were at the Dell.
  25. Could be, true or not it's quality ass licking. Poortvleit probably didn't have a chance with a political mover like him hovering around in the background waiting for his moment to dig the knife in to his back.
