TBF it was difficult to pick anyone in the side that played well in the first half.

I thought that KWP played really well....

Transfer windows are very frustrating at the best of times....but this one is especially so. Losing players that we expected to go is one thing (although I was rather hoping that JWP would stay to help get us back) but what is annoying is seeing "supposed" targets that we want to/are going to sign suddenly sign for others.

This forum really drives me nuts sometimes. Yesterday everyone was praising JW for standing firm on transfer fees. Today everyone is moaning that we are selling JWP on the cheap even though we don't have any idea what the final deal is. Comments such as "SR up to their usual transfer window tricks" don't add up.

Whilst I am disappointed to see JWP go....I was hoping that he would stay around and be another MLT....we have been saying since last season that certain players will be leaving....and they are. We shouldn't be surprised. RM has already said that we have targets lined up to come in and that our team at the end of the transfer window will look a lot different to the current team. We are obviously going to have good spending power. We have to be patient I guess......

May need a bigger squad than you think if the yellow/red card quota stays at its current level.....

Just out of interest, how do we know that JWP wants to go? It may just be a business decision. I have not seen anywhere that he is unsettled or looking for a move....only from posters on here.

They did say just Cemex this year. I have had a parking ST since our days at The Dell...we used to park in Springhill School. At no point have the club contacted me re:- renewal of our ticket. I only found out about the lack of parking because I contacted them.
