I don't think that's true at all. I've no idea why you're talking about "six years" as presumably the length of guarantee is the most important factor in deeming how long you can leave something before making a claim. I'm pretty sure that, legally, there's a point past which your claim lies with a manufacturer and not the supplier of the goods. For instance, my router is 18months old and is playing up. Dlink, the manufacturer, offer a two year guarantee. If I want it repaired etc my claim would be with them and not PC World who supplied it. By your logic, you think I could walk into the shop and demand they sort it?

Saw a prgramme about these a few weeks back. It raised the interesting point that many of them are potentially more dangerous than the illegal alternatives. Think about, we've been testing illegal drugs for some time to assess what they can actually do so as long as you know what you're being provided with, you should know what you're letting yourself in for. Alternatively, the legal high industry is completely unregulated, all the products untested and you haven't got a clue what you are sticking in your body. In short, it's probably even more of a mug's game than taking 'real' drugs.

You will have to be very lucky to get a referral on the NHS as it doens't seem like you're in a lot of pain. You will have to be pretty firm with them to avoid being brushed off and told to rest it and take an anti-inflammatory. I'd have thought you will then wait for ages for an appointment once you have your referral seeing as you will be low priority. If you can go private, you could see somebody in about a couple of weeks probably. You could have an mri scan done almost at the same time and they can advise you. I can't see you needing surgery so they will probably advise physio which will again need to be paid for. Cost wise, you'll pay approx £100 for initial consultation, about £700 for a scan and something per session for your physio (I think mine was billed at about £40 per session last year but I may be wrong).

I too wasbuoyed by what AP said and referred to it in the match reaction thread before this one was started. However, in the interest of balance, it should be stated that two Reading fans I spoke to when AP was appointed as our new manager said that he talks a very good game and can keep everyone on side, even when things are going pear shaped on the pitch around him. I think the implication was that they got a bit tired of him saying the right things but failing to actually do anything about it on the pitch.

Depends what you mean 'recent'. They've trained at the Wellington Sports Ground for a good few years; that was my point.
