LMFAO!!! Thank you

Do like what the Sun dd do in Argentina take out a full page advert telling them to forget getting the Falklands. Except in this case we have a forum whip round to buy a page in the Swiss press to place the open letter to the Leibherrs asking for them to get that nice Mr Atkins back. Wind and relieving ones self into it springs to mind with this idea.

Espanyol FC Forums Interesting Saints related reading

He made that very strange comment in the post match promotion game interview on Solent -
Pretty much similar in the Daily snail. It is all pretty bonkers overall. I just wonder if the object of the exercise from Cortese,at the request of the Leibherr estate, is to get us into a position in the league where we are banging on the top 4 door and offload the club to the highest bidder. i felt that as we were ahead of schedule the plan would be to consolidate then crack on next year, but hey what do I / we know. Still think we have missed a trick with this escapade........ C'est la vie.

The morning after the day before...
John Boy Saint replied to Dibden Purlieu Saint's topic in The Saints
Did the players have an inkling before Christmas? Just thinking that the Sunderland game was a strange one where the players played a little like strangers. Still think that the whole thing is a crock, and IF true about Nigel finding out via hacks and not from Cortese's mouth is pretty damn shabby. The other person who I feel sorry for is Forren, he should have had the limelight yesterday except he became a side issue: almost to the point of a good day to bury bad news. -
Maybe the fact he speaks Spanish and they speak Catalan being from Barcelona didn't help matters. Better add

Thank you Nigel for giving us sumptuous football to watch over the past few years. Hold your head high with the thought that you achieved more than we could dream of when you stepped into our Saints supporting lives. Good luck wherever you end up next.

Rain Snow Ice always brings out the will the game be on question. As already has been said we have lost 2 games at SMS in its history, only one for pitch condition. From what I understand the pitch piping system which could handle a monsoon downpour on 8" of rain per hour was not connected as the drains around the stadium were not up to the drainage system. They will have covered the pitch if they knew this snow was going to last until Monday, but if the pitch is not frozen anyone who went to Birmingham last season knows the game will be on right up to the very last minute, Newcastle a few years back, also on TV, shows that. -
As my mate who played against Shearer and Wallace at apprentice level before blowing his chance at Villa through chasing girls, always says the way Man U are set up to play even he could score a goal for United. Rooney is like a wine that does not travel, or a Guiness outside of Ireland when he pulls on an England shirt.

Thank goodness for that I can come out from behind the Sofa!! Fantastic from 2-0 down. Good tactics put out your second choice players to to soften them up then bring on the big guns and a terrier to put them in a spin. -
I am behind the Sofa!!!

I thought he had a sound game at Stoke, almost like he had never been out. If he has anything about him he must be gagging to get back in especially now we have Forren on his shoulder.

Not a surprise at all as they have lost the plot again on clothing, I buy my suits for work from them as they are pretty bulletproof, but last trip there was a bit of a chore, Mrs JBS has given up completely.

I went to school out in the wilds of north Ampshire in Silchester a pleasant little village, the Primary School was just over one minor road back in 1969 got taken right to school first day age 5 then to the road on the second day, day 3 went the whole mile from home, of course back then you were Tufty Club road smart and you had badges to prove it. Once you had cleared Winter half term and the nights started drawing out, going to school took 10 - 15 minutes, going home anything up to 2 hours.................. Especially if it had been raining hard in during the day and there was plenty of puddles to test your Welles in.

Blimey Clyne made team of the day on MOTD so they can't all bad

Hey the porn that just popped up on one of the tabs that one of those sites dumped on my iPad has been pretty good. How are Saints getting on?
-
What joy that was, if it wasn't on the Telly it would never have kicked off. Certainly felt for those who had to get back to Ampshoire, I was staying in Balsall Common 25 minutes away and that was a nightmare. Still Villa park is not as far as St James park to be told the game is off an hourish before kick off.

Haven't been to a concert in years. Certainly did my fair share a good few years ago Iron Maiden, Scorpions, Ian Gillan, hmmmm bit of a theme here...........until..... An opportunity arose for tickets to see Michael Jackson at Wembley Stadium on his Bad tour, yet to be Mrs JBS back then liked Wacko Jacko, so for the princely sum of £35 I had 2 tickets for a Friday night, she gets to see her first live concert and I get my wicked way booked for a few weeks. I have to say despite going for her, it is up there as one of the best concerts I have seen. But my addition to the list is Genesis seen them 5 times the only disappointment was We Can't Dance, which was a bit bland. All the others had were the extraviganza's they were famous for. The one moment that is etched in my mind was NEC somewhen back in the 1980s, they had developed the Vari Light 32 colours in one light box which was right at the cutting edge of stage lighting, in their famous track called The Cage there is a line "raindrops keep falling on my head" at that moment the lights switched into rain mode Wow 8 rows from the front of the stage I was sat in an absolute deluge but bone dry!

What would you do with the sandworks opposite St Marys?

Build a tower taller than the Burj Khalifa, with a bloody great big spike hidden inside, like they did when the Chrysler Building was built, to push through the roof when anyone else dares to build something higher. -
"So Boss are you going to put yourself in goal on Saturday?"

Shows young Luke is as mature off the field as he is on it. Excellent news nice to see we have the ability these days to screw our young talents to the floor with us rather than them instantly having their heads turned by "bigger clubs".

Bloody cheek, it's about time we dug our heels in with them buggers, 2nd World War they sent us an invoice for, nicked our Rocket knowledge to put men into space, wanted us to just hand over the Falklands until Maggie Thatcher ( yup her the un-educated in the South of England hate cos its "cool") put them straight. They Have a one way extradition order. To them we are a theme park, that obeys when they say heel. ..................... And some silly fools here get all excited on the 4th July, American Independance Day: er who were they getting Independance from?
