That makes me and idiot too then cause I have been wondering why that was and didnt know until your post. lol

Oh im sure when it comes to business they will do what ever suits them. But I thought Chainrai wasnt going to get involved (or could be the other way round) when he found out the other could be involved so it seems they will look out for themselves and not give a toss about the other.

I guess you mean could Not? And I dont think any of us really do know the answer but the possibles are: As the WUO is in place then the only people that can put the club into admin are the courts via the WU hearing or the Creditors but I thought they had to do that by request to the courts. Chainrai has shuffeled his deck of cards and as such has become a creditor so he somehow now seems to have the option of putting them into admin while the taxman and the courts can get stuffed. It seems they at least believe that announcing Friday as the deadline for sale or admin the WUP is now suspended and nothing to worry about. I half expect the taxman or someone to speak up tomorrow and suggest that as Chainrai was the owner and not a creditor as such when the WUP was 1st heard in court and because of this his shuffling of assets is not acceptable and the other people attached to the WUP should have the right to follow it through. As for what will actually happen is anyones guess but its looking right now that the cheating scum bags will go into admin and carry on regardless and even get a helping hand from the prem by letting them flog a few players to keep the administrator busy.
-
I dont actually think they like each other because Chainrai fell out with gaylords dad or somit. I doubt Chainrai will leave anything if he can help it.

Maybe he is one of the perspective buyers? Whats the bets on the following being the possible buyers: LLS Michael Fialka and Tony Lynam NZ bloke and from South Africa George Agdgdgwngo who is just waiting for the Bank details and Pin number.

http://www.skysports.com/story/0,19528,11095_5974400,00.html Is it the infamous Marc Jackson that has posted a comment at the bottom of that report? I thought he slipped off into the distance never to be seen again lol

Was Palace's WUP due to take place on the 27th and they went into Admin before though? I mean Poopy got given the WUP and went to the court date. It was only adjourned so they could get the accounts report and so Storrie Teller could magic up a new owner. Basically I thought the WUP was already in progress with Poopy and as such they missed there chance. All creditors could add there names to the petition which others including Sol have already done. Just with the sheer complexitys of this mess I would guess Poopy will get an extra month or so. But if they manage to go into Admin I cant see how it will help them in the long run. Also stating that you will go into admin by the end of the week is just announcing to any mug willing to throw money at them that if they wait a week they wont have to throw as much. madness.

From the sounds of it Chainari has moved to put himself as a creditor and the way some of the press have been speaking that would be his route into taking the club into admin. Im not sure the courts or the taxman would be too happy if he trys that and it could land them in even more trouble if the courts and taxman dont like it. And I thought the Taxman was pushing for the WU order because the debts are much more than the assets. Basically saying the club are insolvent and need to be shut down before they owe even more money. If there is a way of making things better by way of Admin would the taxman still push for liquidation? Or is the taxman just being awkward and trying to bully the club to make others sit up and take notice?

Not sure on the rules based on dropping from Prem to League but in our case we went into admin after the March ( think ) deadline and as such our points would have stood that season had we been out of the relegation zone by the end of the season or the following season if we were relegated on our own merit. Had we taken admin before the deadline the points would have stood there and then. Crystal Palace have taken admin before the dealine and points have already been deducted. They are in a relegation scrap now but have a very good chance of getting out of it. Like I said before though, i'm not sure if the same rules apply when going into Admin in the prem as they run on there own rules and CCC downwards run on theres. Common sense would suggest that the rules on Admin would be similar but we are talking about associastions that cant get the offside rule sorted out in the whole history of the game.

I thought the Tax man wanted the 11.5 mil but Poopy were claiming that it was just 7.5 mil. I thought they were suggesting that they had apealed the 4 mill or so? Either way the total tax bill as of last month was around 11 mil and if chainrai has paid 4 mill then there is still the original 7 mil that is defo attached to the WU order. You would think if he wanted to save the club that would have been his 1st priority and not the 4 mil that they are possibly disputing. Since then there must be more charges but I dont know how the tax bill's and so on would normally be paid in any business let alone a run down football club. Would that 7 mil have been a collection of missed monthly payments or an anual missed payment? If its monthly I wonder how many months were missed to get to that much? I think the Tax man is argueing that there costs are so high they dont have enough income to pay there running costs let alone there debt which is why they want them shut down and sold off. Will have to wait and see but its allot more interesting watching from a safe distance than it was last year thinking we could be up the shiiiter.

I think by whats been suggested on here that Creditors can add them selves the the WU order and only the courts can put them into admin now. They had there chance to do it before the WU orderbut chose to spend instead. However I think that if they pay the tax bill (and I would have thought the others attached to the WU order) they then put themselves back into the position of putting themselves into Admin if they wish too. They basically need to cough up around 11 mill for the tax bill and what ever else is owed right before they are due to pay there wages. Going by previous months even including the month they could sell players to have money in the bank, they have had trouble paying the wages so the tax bill looks pretty slim also. These South Africans Storrie teller keeps talking about need to be completly stupid and unable to count past the poopey fans 6 fingers if they are ready to come in and bail them out. It wouldnt surprise me if they dont know about how much debt there realy is and just prolong poopeys death.

I think dodgy pitches must have something to do with that. I would have thought they are all told to get the ball down and play it but when they go out there and run around in a soggy patch they automatically get the ball in the air. On the ground we must be one of the stongest teams in the league and we tend to have more trouble when playing away on pitches that are or lower league standard.
-
haha fair point. at a glance it looked like 9 to me. Think your right though, we have dropped a few to many points against teams that make the difference at the end of the season. Still think we are close enough to chase the play-offs and with a bit of luck one or 2 above will slip up and give us a chance. I wont be overly disapointed if we dont make it this year but will be next year if we are not challenging at the top. Todays win shows that we are moving in the right direction though and without the cup distractions we might be in for a decent run in.
-
not all bad. 2-1 Stoke The South Africans you speak of are probably no more than George Agdgdgwngo and is just asking for Poopy FC's baaaank details.
-
Cracking result! Looking at the table, if we win the 2 games in hand we could be up to 9th on 43 points and only 9 points from the play offs. I know the play offs still look more un-realistic than realistic but I think it shows a little more hope.
-
Would be interesting to know if thats just there running costs till the end of the season or if that includes the bil to the Tax man and co. If its aditional then I cant see them getting past March 1st at all.
-
On one hand I cant see how the prem can do anything as due to the Winding Up order it is firmly in the hands of the tax man and the courts, but I also wouldnt be suprised if the prem or the FA manage to help them wriggle out of the mess that they put them selves in. I think if anything the Prem should make an example of them and show the rest of the clubs what will happen if any club manages its business as much as Poopy has. Doubt they will do that though and I think they only said no to the transfer request due to a few manager speaking up saying its a bad idea. They knew it would be fought and they would come out of it worse so dropped it before they lose face. It doesnt really matter to me if its Poopy or anyone else. Any club that runs up debts on the back of dodgy owners deserves to fall hard. To be part of the English leagues clubs should do things the right way and competition should be as fair as possible. It would be nice for other countrys to look at our leagues and think thats the way it should be done.

I think the only thing creditors can do is add themselves to the winding up petition so that they are on the list of people that want something off the liquidators if it gets that far. The courts can decide at the WU petition hearing that there is something to salvage and there is a chance of a buyer that can satisfy the correct percentage of the current debt and as such put the club into Admin. But with the debts so high and the assets so low and no chance to sell expensive players until the sumer and even less chance of getting enough money for them (who is going to pay above the odds for players of a team rooted to the bootom?) the chances of the courts actually opting for admin seem pretty slim. Poopy's board could have and should have put them into admin a long time ago but instead they all stuck there head in the sand and ran debts up even further. I will be amazed if Storrie teller ever gets another job in football due to the way he has run poopy into the ground. Maybe he is a secret Saint? Its got to the point now that I hope they do go bust and they are no more. Equally I hope the brothers and sisters of poopy put together a new club that are one day worthy of playing a local derby against us. Part of the fun of supporting the Saints is getting one over the blue few and if they are no more who will be our local rivals?

Courts can decide on Administration not Poopy directors.

Just posted this on another thread but thought it might be worth going here too. http://www.skysports.com/story/0,19528,11674_5957469,00.html My previous view has been that if Poopy fold them brum should get a bye and we should stay out of it. If the FA agree to let them sell players that played in the FA cup win against us I think we should argue that they cheated and we should be put through. So many possabilitys make my own opinion change every time poopy screw something else up.

The idiots at poopy have asked to sell players outside of the transfer window so it looks like the report that got handed in yesterday wasnt very positive on there part. http://www.skysports.com/story/0,19528,11674_5957469,00.html Just read the story and 3 of the players they are looking to sell all played against us in the FA cup I think so if the FA agree then would that not give us further grounds to apeal? I cant see the FA letting them sell them or any other team supporting them either. The window was open and they had there chance, instead of offloading they chose to bring people in to add to there problems. They look royally buggered to me.
