Appointing Still when club stock was high (ie attractive to a number of decent managers, say Cooper). Sacking Still too late and replacing with an even less experienced coach. Player recruitment has followed the same sporadic and disorganised pattern. Every decision that requires strategic timing is a failure for this group. It appears endemic and terminal.
