Couldn't agree more. And I was impressed with his speech to the Houses of Parliament the other day. Not so much the content (it was mostly rhetoric) but the delivery and the fact that, as far as I could see, he spoke without notes. Beats Call-me-Dave's 'grilling' joke into a cocked hat any time. -
When do the 3 wise monkeys get their day in court?

Not many compared to all of you well-travelled lot Scotland, Wales, Channel Islands France (loads), Belgium, Netherlands, Austria, Germany, Italy (inc. Aeolian Islands off the coast of Sicily), Malta, Spain, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Greece (loads) Your European tour last year sounds great L - sort of thing I'd like to do but by train!

I only got to see Sarajevo. Hauntingly beautiful and a city of contrasts. Sniper's Alley still there with the bullet holes and the facade of the Hilton (?) hotel. But the people I met were amazing and they must have been through hell. I've got a lovely framed script describing children's human rights produced by local schoolchildren. I subsequently read the book 'The Cellist of Sarajevo' by Steven Galloway but I read that the real cellist is upset by the novel.

I see he's going to be tried in The Hague. I was lucky enough to work on a contract in Bosnia to build a high security court and prison for the trial of war criminals. I guess he's too high profile to be tried there?

Whilst in N Wales last year, we found some Welsh tea. It was as good as Yorkshire. Cynically, I suspect it WAS Yorkshire tea repackaged. Actually, I think Taylor's have pulled a blinder here. Not all that long ago, it was hard to find Yorkshire Tea but now it's in all the major supermarkets.

I find the whole incident dirigible. Yeah OK - there are not that many puns to be made around balloons you know!
-
Can't beat Yorkshire Tea IMO. Srong and brown - proper builder's tea.

Nothing that will harbour bacteria. No milk, cheese etc I would have thought. But, if you're throwing up, apple juice is good (because of the pectin) and lemonade for some strange reason. Mr TF had bad food poisoning a few years back (from a sandwich he'd bought at work) and, to this day, he'll get bouts of nasty stomach cramps. Good luck

I bet he thought he'd had his chips.

I sincerely hope the new forensic accountant is aware of all these shenanigans! Let's hope someone has pointed him in the direction of this site - he will learn so much.

Is he really a FLAT mate or is he actually quite round?
-
Yep - especially Dorset Cereals with cranberries. And on non-porridge days, grapefruit and prunes with natural yoghurt.

I think I've just found the answer to my own question: After the approval the company must make the agreed contributions to the trust account administered by the supervisor. Failure to keep up with contributions is deemed a default and the company voluntary arrangement can be "aborted". This usually leads to liquidation or receivership. http://www.companyrescue.co.uk/company-rescue/options/detailed-cva Bullet point no.9 in the section 'After the proposal is completed'.

But surely one of the 'creditors' (I use the term lightly ) can apply to put them back into administration? Or, alternatively, if the outcome of the 'football creditors' rule' favours HMRC, they too can apply to put them back? I dunno - just trying to think rationally.
