Just watched the obligatory YouTube vid on the first page. He needs a haircut and not sure he'll get the time to do his tricks in the EPL. Also, I was a bit worried that all the clips ended after he'd done his little footwork and was about to unleash a pass/shot, hardly saw what came after which makes me think he stuffed the next bit up? Could he be another Fabrice Fernandez (only better), lot's of skills but no end product?

As said on another thread, I'm quite happy for us to go under the radar this season. If more teams like Villa come along and expect to beat little old relegation fodder Southampton, we can hopefully surprise a few more of them. Like Nigel, I don't read the papers and don't pay much attention to the media (SWF is my main information stream).

When I think back to when we signed him, Huddersfield were concerned that he was at the end of his career and had no sell-on value. I remember their fans chanting at him when we lost at their place, all seems a bit short - sighted now.
