He'd rather lose playing his way, than adapt. Except, we did adapt as we tailed off in the Championship season (then shifted back to his madness)
-
Sad really. He would have been a star in the Championship (not under Still, mind)
-
Small sample, but you see him in and around the penalty area when attacking...not sat deep or stuck wide
-
He was a nutter.... 😂

Robbie Keane?

Robbie Keane?

He was linked with both Celtic and Wolves...which suggests his agent is hawking him about.

I do not believe being better than 21st in the Championship is "expecting miracles"

He is another who is a model pro and obviously a leader

Reckon it could catch on in the Northam?

100%. A proper heavy weight signing for a championship club, and one only we could make in this league IMO (given his history with us).
-
If there was a player who could command respect from the players, staff and the fans, who would come to us, it is him. He was literally playing for Barcelona and in the Champions league 18 months+ ago. No doubt he is still in tip top shape and would need just a few friendlies to be ready for the first team. He is a player (and personality) someone like Downes could only dream of becoming (and will never make it).

I have seen us, for about a year, have a back 3 forced upon the team, whilst we slide out of the premier league and almost in the relegation zone of the Championship. In that time, we have seen players played out of position both in and around the defence to accommodate this horrific set up. It is not beyond the realms of insanity he could be deployed there to 'steady the ship'...
-
How would he fair playing in a Back 3?

This year is the last year possible to save the planet.....JUST SAVE THE PLANET FFS!

We are a fucking hilarious club, aren't we. Mental, bit like Watford but funnier.

That, then Bazunu passing the ball to their striker 30 yards out in the middle of the pitch 😆

good god I will get off the round-about right here. Enjoy your day.

Of course, but 'data driven' is not the approach that has worked. It is up there suggesting the SR multi-club model is a good thing for Saints.
