Something has to pay for Covid, energy crisis, war in Ukraine, War in Gaza, Green initiatives, accommodating 10s, even 100s of thousands of semi-literate men, public sector pensions, the endless pit that is the NHS, working from home, benefits..... This has been brewing for a long time...and will only get worse unless there is significant reform across multiple public sectors....
