Why do we have to use it? Ukraine are winning right? If that is true, we are beating him without having to step in conventionally. What is for certain, they have more nuclear weapons - ICBMs, SLBMs, Nuclear Torpedoes, Tactical Nukes - than anyone else, and probably have a far far lower threshold for using them!
