How many did they sell? I'm assuming at that price they sold just enough to be able to afford to charter a plane to fly the team ooopp North? They are taking this fan owned malarky to a different level aren't they, getting the fans to pay for the players to travel in luxury!!

Need, but can't afford

Can the mods set up a global ignore again? Every time DP posts and mentions the word golf, the post should be posted to the ignore box....

Light buld is screwed on the passenger side and can't be replaced - some fool who changed it last time damaged the metal holder so the bulb won't sit in place, consequently I can't see anything on the passenger side when it's dark without putting the full beam on which isn't practical in rush hour traffic! So, I have to change the whole headlight unit Cost is £98 from Euro car parts and rather than pay a garage another £100 to change it, I'm doing it myself From my internet research, it appears pretty simple to do, but front bumper must come off first - anyone who owns a Megane and has ever tried to change a bulb will know how crazy the French designers are! Process I have found is : Take out the six plastic rivets on top of bumper and unscrew 7mm hex bolt. Unscrew 2x hex bolts on inside of each wheel arch. Unscrew 3x 10mm hex bolts on bottom of car - holding lower bumper and protective cover on bottom of car. Prise off bottom and top 'wings' of bumper - should be just 'push in' clips. Screwdriver under headlight unit to prise off another clip. Bumper should fall off leaving plenty of room to remove headlight - another three hex bolts - and put new one in. Has anyone done this before and can they confirm this is the process - I've been told it takes about 15 mins to remove the bumper and that it is 'easy'...

And Bournemouth for Aldershot and Swindon for Eastleigh

True, but he 'gave up' very easily. His head also went down much quicker than a Horton Heath resident when Avram came to town!

I'm sure he's issued a humble apology to all those skates he lambasted....

Isn't it nice that the local rag holds the competitors in the same disdain as the manager does, not even bothering to spell check their name

That's better Short and sweet!

Probably the same as 'legal agreement'

And Lambert. Lifetime ambition...

Harsher on the dog being linked to Penny. What did the dog do to deserve that?

Which is the best way for them to be If they were all behind him getting the boot, then champagne Ian and his cronies wouldn't hesitate to pull the trigger. While half of them still want him there he'll be there for a good ten more games by which time they'll be so far behind they'll have another season in division four

Can see it fine when right clicking and opening in a new tab. Any chance you can re-do it to scale - the second circle is the same size as the fist... I appreciate that the 3rd circle may be no bigger than a full stop...

Hockey, unfortunately you are quoting two separate issues! There is a legal obligation to price correctly - I believe each individual item that is priced incorrectly can be subject to a fine of up to £5000 - note the phrase 'up to' as this implies that the fine can be lower, which hopefully clarifies your second example I have a feeling your student para legal friend is going to take a while to pass if he is studying UK consumer Law

The proof is in the pudding! Since the legacy debts have been 'settled' and all the monkeys have been packed off to the zoo never to return, can anyone confirm that the clock is hanging proudly where it once sat, ticking away noisily and keeping the right time? Surely that's physical evidence that the debts have been 'settled' Unless of course this particular settlement started with " You can keep your stupid clock, we've got far more important monkeys to be packing off here...."

No mention of the £160m plus debt!

There will be this weekend now that you've just reminded nobhead neil what's been missing from his epic prologues.

Morals and PFC are not compatible

For the record that is very much a rhetorical question and doesn't in any way shape or form need answering.

The land issue is probably complicated due to all the various charges listed against it - Chinny, Dubov, Local Council, PFA, HMRC etc etc. Does anyone know where this little strip of land is? How significant is it? Have the snooze ever printed a googlemaps image of it like they did with a who owns what around fratton? I'm going to guess that the land is no more than a dirt track leading nowhere significant....

Portsmouth, the ship of Theseus : http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ship_of_Theseus I prefer to think of them as Trigger's broom...

You say potato, I say potato! Either way it sounds expensive What do we think, another £100k or so gone to Pompey's lawyers? Has that reduced the [non] fan owned holding even more?
