Duje Caleta-Car - Official: Loan to Lyon

They need to see Lyanco play -
But, if for arguement sakes we lose the next four games, would the position change?
-
Benitez for me.
-
Even Ralph realised he was more cold than hot. Lyanco does not give us an edge, he puts us all on edge.

I thought the players were behind him, loved him apparently? -
Flipside to that is both Bednarek and Lyanco likely to be the centre half pairing. Which means Lyanco likely to get sent off and Bednarek to score an own goal.

He has the mindset and mentality of a lower league manager. Which is exactly where we are heading with him in charge. -
No wonder he isn't going to the fan forum next week.

Fuck sake, the guy just screams lower league. You don't treat top class professional players like this. DCC is an experienced Croatian international -
Just fuck off Jones
-
If he takes us down, there is absolutely no way he should remain as manager. He would have had over half a season to have kept us up. If he fails at that, he needs to go.
-
They are both shit, but you are right, McCarthy does need to start. Just shows what a complete clusterfuck the keeper situation is at the moment.
-
Am not really sure he is learning anything to be honest.
-
Surely the most important question has to be when is the next light show scheduled for
-
They'll probably dress it up by saying he's busy preparing the team for Saturday.
-
There will be a fair few more leaving than those three should we go down. Its incredibly hard to support the team when the football you are watching is arguably just as tedious as when Ralph was in charge. Wasn't a huge fan of Ralph toward the end of his tenure, but I do feel he has a right to question why he wasn't supported with the striking buys that Jones has had.
-
To be honest, would rather have Bednarek in the team over Lyanco.
-
Admire your positive outlook on this. To be honest,I think he has lost the majority of fans already. Not his fault really, SR should not have given him the job in the first place.
-
But if results continue in the same vein, then surely SR will have little choice but to act? There is no way, absolutely no way that Jones will ever getting us playing like Newcastle.
-
The next two games are key. Brentford not an easy place to get a result, but he needs to get something. Wolves is a must win game. No excuses on that front. If he loses both, surely his position would become untenable.
-
I'm guessing you aren't a regular at St Marys this season?!
-
Got so bad second half, I gave up and listened to Solent instead
-
Am just pissed as because we seem to have owners who are prepared to put some money in with transfers, we end up with a manager who is clueless. Seems the years with Gao have meant nothing if we go down now.
-
Not sure am seeing much of an improvement. Gifted win against Palace in the cup, beat an Everton team actually worse than us. Few struggled wins against lower opposition. Beating City was just a one off. The atmosphere at St Mary's has been shit for a long time. The appointment of Jones has done nothing to bring the fan base together.
-
How can you continually make up excuses for a guy who is clearly so limited and lacking in any form of tactical nous? Two subs made again last night at half time, constant "formation tweaks" during the first half. It's increasingly difficult to get behind the team when you are constantly watching the same shit repeat itself every game. How did you feel about Pellegrino? What was your breaking point with Wigley and Gray? Jones is in the same mould as those guys, no question.
