Some of the usual suspects on this one might rule themselves out with Lingaard being available too.
-
Think it's a simple case of that we don't have that kind of money to splash out on one player. Wouldn't be surprised if we asked about a second loan though.
-
Guess that means they won't be back in for JWP?

The media wank fest would be beyond belief -
Fuck me, that sounds so devoid of any quality it's untrue. Surely Nlundulu isn't going to play any part next season? Him and a few of the other fringe lads really do need to be allowed to move on in the summer, if only for the good of their own career's.
-
Agreed. Strikes me as someone who thinks he needs to keep the club onside to keep having access to the players etc. Many a time he has intimated at asking Ralph a certain question, only then to not ask it during an interview.

He did travel yesterday, so maybe he's going to get a late sub appearance to wave goodbye to the travelling fans. -

Saw them all getting on the coach at St Marys as my lad was playing in a tournament there. Haven't seen such a miserable team in a long time. Half of them didn't wave to the kids or anything. Not even a hello or a smile. Really bad PR exercise. -
Out of interest where do you think Pope will go? Not sure he'd be willing to be a number two anywhere. Possibly can see West Ham as replacement for Fabanski or Newcastle perhaps.
-
But there is no way he's getting past Lloris, even if he is on the decline
-
Again seriously, how many Champions League games do you expect Forster to play in?
-
Pretty much how I see it as well. I think he's realistic enough to know that he won't get much game time at a top four club, which in turn will hamper his England ambitions. The only top 6 club I could see him at is Arsenal.
-
I think we need to face the reality that we haven't got the required funds to do all the business that we as fans want to see.
-
Let the media wank begin over Frank Lampard's Everton
-
Ings on to score the winner now
-
have to be Leeds now then
-
Can see Villa winning this. Burnley struggling to get a foothold
-
The relegation fight is much more interesting than the title fight. So good old Sky are showing the Liverpool and City games
-
Yeah I get that. But the suggestion was that Forster is good enough for Champions League football, which he isn't. Both of our keepers are shit and we really should be looking at replacing both of them, which of course won't be happening
-
Seriously, how many games do you think he is likely to play there? Opening rounds of the Carabo Cup? Last group game of the Champions League when they are already knocked out? Always assuming they get that far in the first place
-
Not to sure that will be a priority for us. We still have Valery who can cover right back, albeit not fantastically. Even JWP if he stays can play there if need be.

Billy Sharp assaulted by pitch invader

To be honest, they should be banned whatever level I think. Just no need for it. Grown blokes running on the pitch all with their mobile phones out taking selfies. Numpties -
Need Huddersfield to win that play off final. Forest look a stronger outfit and will probably do a Brentford. Sad that we are already looking for three worse teams than us, and this season hasn't even ended yet!
-
I know we are hampered by certain constraints, but there are bargains still to be had, Wolves for example have a keeper who is head and shoulders above anything we have. I don't think they paid a huge fee for him. I think the two players Spurs signed from Italy in January weren't for huge fees either, I get that they have more pulling power than us, but those are the sort of players we need to be aiming for.
-
Trouble is, we buy these players from lightweight leagues. such as Switzerland and Belguim and expect them to be world-beaters. Ely really showed his level in Scotland, flattered to deceive for a few games before going back to type. Diallo, at the time was claimed to be the new Oriel, he's nowhere near that level, and likely never will be. Our recruitment has truly been shit since the Koeman days.
