It seems to be a fact of life everywhere you book stuff. Ever tried booking tickets at the Mayflower? It's even worse. Disgusting way of just making more money from the paying punter. There is no logic to it apart from more income

My conservatory has about 4 window units that have gone misty and condenstaion inside. They are about 10 years old so past the guarantee. Anyone had experience of getting them repaired. I thought I would just replace them but a mate has told me they are repairable. Anyone had any experience of this. Some of the forums/blogs say it is a bit hit and miss??
