So, let me get this right....we are in the bottom 3 of the league (albeit after 4 games), have a game against a team just above us in the table and you, as a supporter of the club, are "not remotely bothered whether we win or not". Seriously? Utterly bizarre.

Let's be honest, this window just smacks of the club not really striving to actually improve that much, just to try to replace what we've lost as adequately and prudently as possible in order to just stand still. Problem is, other clubs are actually improving on what they've got, or so it would seem which means the net effect for us will be that we are actually going to be going backwards. When you think we came 6th last year, this is pretty damn poor in my eyes. The glaring thing for me is the sheer reluctance to even attempt buy anyone of proven Premier league quality. I know people will say that these players come at too hefty a prive but whatever way you look at it, the vast majority of our signings are pure gambles, as is our manager.

It was only the season before last, 14/15. Since then he's been largely injured but still scored about 6 in 10 for QPR last season aswell, albeit in the championship. Shall we write Jay off as being **** too seeing as he hasn't scored regularly for over 2 seasons now?

Hodgson is probably the most clueless manager we've had for a while. On a par with McLaren in my eyes, just no idea and clearly not a very strong personality so just does what he can to keep his "big" name stalwarts happy. Can you honestly see Rooney etc having any fear or respect of that old duffer when he's played under the likes of Sir Alex? He should have gone after the World Cup surrender.
