Cardiff have collected money and have assets to sell to pay the money owed so i think they should be alright. Southend paid £2.1m to HMRC in December but HMRC say they owe another £220k, Southend are arguing that the £220k was paid in the £2.1m .Anyway I think Southend are in a completely different situation to The Skates.

You can issue a second contract without recalling the first ( which could be done instantaneously any way ) as long as you notify all parties that there is more than one contract issued.

Just heard the MLT live interview on Solent at 0820 this morning, and as much as it pains me I've got to say I was not convinced by Matt. If he was not the legend he is and just someone we did not know acting as a spokesman I would be completely dismissing The Pinnacle interest. He confirmed Fialka was the only money man as far as he knew but apart from that he was very defensive and did not really shed any light on how they are going to resolve the problem and move forward. I would love to be proved wrong but I don't think these guys have the money or the know how to move forward.

The only real fact in The Solent piece is that NO firm offer to buy the club has been received. The rest of it is Mark Fry speculating on what might happen later this week. All those ITK'ers saying their mates had made bids are obviously a little wide of the mark.At best I would sugest Mark Fry has so far received expressions of interest which is completely different to an offer.

There has been a slight delay I ordered mine by phone on 5th but they only arrived today. I was a bit worried as they had not arrived so yesterday I e-mailed the ticket office to check my order was ok and got an immediate reply confirming they were on the way.
