Judging by the odd views and behaviour of many of their candidates, I’d say they are a prime example of what happens when SEND isn’t diagnosed.

The PSED is also very different to affirmative action programmes running in the States, given the different cultural and social contexts between the countries (eg the KKK, racial segregation in living memory).
