  1. No guarantees whatsoever that happens, and SR’s complacency is infecting the fanbase in that and other regards. Come on fellow Saints fans, think critically unlike those boardroom muppets lit up last night on camera as their failing football club sank yet again without a whimper. Even if we did, Martin is the worst ever PL manager by any metric.
  2. Passing and moving is lovely to watch, what we did under Lawrie when I first watched, Nicholl, Ball. WGS, Poch, Ralph - we pressed but then zipped it around in midfield and opposition half. Koeman - we passed and moved. Don't confuse a zippy passing game with ponderous shit leading to leaking 2 a game and no goal threat like our dickhead of a manager does. Clough’s Forest counter-attacked but they passed it than anybody.
  3. The Championship is a tough, highly competitive league. Sunderland 5-0, 9 conceded to Leicester, Stoke and Hull at home, Cardiff away. Two stronger and bigger clubs will come down with us, I was going to say better run but Everton are about par with Saints for being pathetic on that front. Might get top 6 under Steve Cooper, mid-table at best with Martin and remember Ramsdale will go and Martin will put our worst ever keeper Bazanu back in, along with Stephens his best buddy.
  4. Up to the fans as well. If protests and empty seats get onto Serbian national TV and press from Dragan’s domestic rivals, he won’t like it one bit. Rasmus will cop it and then do what every bullshitting little political rat does in the workplace and push his mate Russell under the bus as soon as they find a way to it under PSR. If the crowds don’t turn the pockets of dissent from the last two home games into something more substantial, they’ll lose what’s left of their club. No other top flight or good-sized Championship club would let what Martin is doing for his own agenda at their expense run on for months and years. Mass boycott would be even better but our fanbase doesn’t stick together like it did in the 90s and 00s, lacking the humour and bite we had. The threat of people’s kids watching Bournemouth, Brighton, because they don’t want to watch that dreadful slow, loser crap for playing style should be motivation to help force SR to flush the toilet on Russell. Gauntlet is there for our supporters - our generation did our bit with first Branfoot and then later Lowe. Their turn now. Not having a go at you at all Saint Clark, I know you can’t stand him as much I cant, but I can see in your mindset and others that the bastards are wearing you down. Don’t give Martin and Ankerson what they want. We shouldn’t give them a millimetre, neither of them have the club of our parents at heart.
  5. Stephens, Martin or both?
  6. Mind you, there’s normal SFC shit and then there’s Russell Martin-inspired torrent of diarrhoea from the biggest breed of dog in the world which is a horrific light green colour, stinks 😷 to high heaven and makes you gag going near it. Right, time to make my dinner.
  7. Still saves on petrol and travel and helps the club. What I ought to have done in 08/09 as a STH then but my attendance kept encouraging Lowe et al in their experiments. There are lots of lovely museums and cultural things to do instead. Empty seats speak as loudly as any protest and our fans refuse to protest these days like we did under Branfoot and later under Rupert.
  8. Just send Villa a 5-0 win and save the sad souls who were paying to watch it some petrol and train fares at least. SFC is like a kitchen that’s failed an HSE inspection and poisoned half of the diners. Shut it down until there’s at least a chef in place other than Rusty the Clown 🤡
  9. And said so many nice things about Russell beforehand again, which the two vain pricks (Martin himself and Rasmus) are totally mugged off by. As they have been all season. Fuck me, Rupert Lowe was better than this shower called Sports Republic. Massive mystery how Dragan got his money, must have won it in the same lottery BBD won to play professional football.
  10. You have your view, I have mine. Sometimes a club and a manager aren’t right but the manager goes on to do well. Whereas your mate has conceded a relegation amount of goals at three different clubs. Indicates he can’t organise a defence and team structure - bit of fundamental one. The goals against at MK, Swansea, SFC beats blah blah blah. And Cooper’s record at Swansea kicks RM’s arse to boot.
  11. He’d joined from their fierce rivals, it had as much chance of working out as when Redknapp joined from Pompey. Harry shouldn’t have come here, Steve shouldn’t have gone there. Didn’t do Harry much harm and Cooper will bounce back. I reckon we’re the type of project he’d consider if Rasmus kept his nose right out. Cooper also has made a promoted side stay up and compete and took them up from 23rd place. As Trousers said, Wilder already a top 10 finish in the PL, went back to the Blades and working out well.
  12. No, needs to be a proper manager like Cooper and given time. His record is one Rusty the Clown could only dream of but a bit damaged after Leicester. Good job, because SFC is a smouldering wreck.
  13. Steve Cooper or someone else would be cut quite a lot of slack. As long as the team aren’t giving 2 goals away every game from pointless passing between the CBs and Keepers I think we can live with anything else. Quite frankly, beating Derby’s low points record would represent success right now post Rusty the Clown. Do pass this onto the club.
  14. Who’d want him? Rooney might, if he survives there, loan him home and pay 95% of the wages. Might help all parties.
  15. Welcome to the silent majority Roger, although it’s been slightly less silent the last two home games. Judging by his arrogant post-match ravings, the penny still hasn’t dropped with Rusty the Clown.🤡
  16. Victor did in Ronald’s second season IIRC. Once at Norwich and can’t recall the other one. Was it in Denmark?
  17. All the humility of Colonel Gadaffi.
  18. Hopefully Jack called the ref a massive cunt this time, not just a little one. One more game ban for emphasis.
  19. Cooper is the obvious choice.
  20. Broadly agree with all that, that but the attending fans are going to need to turn the dissent volume button up x10 otherwise it won’t get on TV and rub SR’s nose in it. SR probably think they’re doing really well. In reality, Rupert Lowe outperformed and that is some low/lowe point of reference.
  21. I guarantee if Salah gets sent off for violent misconduct after 30 minutes at the weekend that Arne Slot won’t say afterwards ‘Ah he’s been so good for the club, it doesn’t matter. Poor lad.’. Will do his worst behind closed doors, as is right, but he won’t brownose him, very senior player or not. Good manager v piss weak one.
  22. Football doesn’t get any tougher than this!
  23. The sad reality probably. What a shit show. It’s their club now, their mess to clean up. Colossal mess as well, will need a massive J Cloth.
  24. And pride, plus beating Derby’s ‘record’. Something to make us all give some form of shit again.
  25. With caretaker manager Adam Lallana, absolutely, With Rusty the 🤡 absolutely not.
