None of this matters re the red card because 1 We won 2 The referee was abysmal in his refereeing for both sides, we won some, we lost some. 3 These things will undoubtedly even themselves out over the course of the season.
-
After playing like that and still getting a win we are up again this season for sure....π
-
Only the first game I know but I don't think we'll be in this division next year. Not sure which one we will be in though.
-
Surely we need a keeper who HAS made it,not one who CAN make it. To my mind there is a word that's missing from can make it and that is maybe. Can we risk that?
-
More nonsense from the slurry sniffer... KWP didn't do too bad.π

If they both play it will be interesting if Quarshie is up against Kieffer Mooreβ¦.clash of the Titans?
-
Apologies, I missed the earlier post about it.

According to sky sports Everton are after Grealish on loan. Wonder if that will affect their interest inmTD?

Fact? On Saintsweb?πππ€£ππππππππππ

Is he on ebay or something?

For me the only stats that matter are those registered by my eyes and my brain. Up to now these have confirmed that he is not up to the required standard we need our goalkeeper to be.
-
It's a bit early to write off our promotion hopes...
-
To be fair I think that when AM was parachuted in at the end of the champ season and they stopped dicking around at the back (ooh er)because he can't do it, at that time he proved himself to be adequate at the basics of goalkeeping, which clearly Bazunu wasn't.....IMHO of course.

I sometimes wonder if the later in the window we leave business is a good or bad thing. Does a modicum of desperation creep in, do we get left with the dregs who can't find clubs elsewhere? I don't really know what the best strategy is for clubs, imo whatever ours is doesn't seem to have been particularly successful over the last few years (with perhaps one or two notable exceptions).
-
Wasn't that a product of Russball?
-
For me because after 65+ years of watching and enjoying football, up or down, good or bad, that prick did more to practically kill my love for the game with his turgid football than anything else. We got promotion in spite of him not because of him, and I really hope he falls flat on his face.
-
It appears the Bournemouth option, if ever there was one, has disappeared for Ramsdale.
-
Is that not 'here we go again' Win league with championship quality Get promoted PL..oh sh*t
-
With the caveat that I donβt keep up with world football so could not say who the next Messi is going to be, on the face of it we seem to be aiming lower and lower in our transfer targeting, with perhaps more obscure players popping up on the radar. Either itβs genius born of incredible knowledge of whoβs available and their skills / assets, or weβre getting desperate. I suppose time will tell.

Perhaps you need to use the right word... volume, in the context of measurement, is an expression of how much space a substance or object occupies, not an expression of numerical quantity. To use your expression, some people really are fucking dense, especially when they live in glass houses and start throwing stones...
-
Sorry but if that's the level we aspire to then I feel it's not going to go well next season.
-
Cheers.

Sort of connected to this thread but is Ramsdale doing pre season with the rest of them?
-
See Kepa's gone to Arsenal. Does this mean Bournemouth will now need a new keeper, one who's already on the south coast and has good mates at the club?
-
As others have said I hope he gets a good move. To my mind he has been a true Saint and should be remembered as such.
