We tolerated his dictatorship, shoddy treatment of ex-players & suppliers and overall embarrassing issues he brought on the club because we were winning. It sounds like WHU are prepared to offer strong money and it sounds like a good deal. However I think it will have a big impact on our season as I don't think we can replace RL easily in January. On balance, I'd decline their offer.
