With four attackers I would expect us to be trying to run at Villa a bit more. Holding possession will only allow the defenders to fall back, it's like watching a Pochettino side again.
-
We did actually beat Villa on a Monday night live on Sky back in 02/03. Happy memories of the old Student Union with that one.

As someone who departed Apple after the iPhone 4 and could compare the android devices I got to the latest generation iPhone thanks to work I would recommend Android without question. There is no question that the iPhones are great devices but the latest Android hardware offers far more pound for pound. It is my personal belief that the current Android handsets are at least a year or so ahead of the performance of their Apple counterparts but the technology is such now that even something not at the very sharpest end will still be more then enough for most people to ever need. The S5 is an excellent all rounder, but the HTC One m8 merits consideration thanks to it's superb build quality too. Consider the Sony Xperia Z3 if you prioritise camera performance. For an outside option the LG G3 has a truly outstanding quad HD screen. In short, you cannot go wrong with any of the top line droids which now all have SD card capability. The great thing is that there are no obvious lemons out there if you stick to the main brands. Whatever you choose i'm sure you will not regret it.

I respect that you are trying to moralise the situation. I do however reject entirely the theory you are placing. It inspires a notion of ever being in a position to change what would be happening in football. Clearly nonsense, that considers the possibility that professional footballers care about the average fan. Accept what you may never change? Ok....... I couldn't change Adam Lallana's beahvior..... yet he still chose to be a complete c**t.
-
Equally, criticising the tone of the substance can result in missing the mark. Remove the emotion and you can destroy the subject.
-
Or consistency of opinion. You said nothing new either. Agree to disagree may be pertinent.... From my own perspective though. F**k Adam Lallana, the rat moralised c*nt. His punishment will be everytime he comes home.
-
Do try to deal with things in order. Responding twice to the same post, are you drunk? You have entirely ignored my second reply and defaulted on this. It's almost as though you have an agenda. Heaven forbid.

There really is. It may not have the glamour but landing on a comet is just crazy brilliant.

I feel they should respect the clubs they depart when they have benefited greatly from being there, it is a two way street, of course, yet when you decide that you are done, you do not simply **** off the club, because you also **** off the thousands of people that were there, willing you you to do well. When thousands of people sing your name, you are not just a statistic. To expect otherwise is naive. A board is one thing, a crowd is quite another...... Emotion is key in football, it's why it is something we all love. Do not feed off it then expect it to turn the other cheek. Adam Lallana made the crowd feel worthless, he became the mercenary. Football is emotion..... this is why it's a global sport. It hurts because we loved him, he made it clear that was meaningless. He could have done better, yet he treated it as just business. F**k him.
-
Care to address the whole of my comment rather then just one point?
-
It does not work like that. Football wouldn't encourage such emotion, passion and gravity if it did. If football was just business it would be background noise, you cannot encourage such favour, revel in it and then dismiss a transfer such as that as a simple career progression. He is a rat.
-
For separate teams. They need time to learn each other's games, learn how to play together.... and do it without every single misstep being dissected.
-
Do f**k off. How that little rat treat the club will never stop being a source of aggravation. He shat on us. Players can leave a club well, Rickie managed it, Adam chose to be a weasel. F**k him.
-
Only if you can take the core of youngsters and throw them in confidently.... Don't let the pressure of the environment constrict them. Let them develop out of direct sight in the U21's. Let them mature, do not rush things.
-
Quantity does not equal quality. The most over capped waste of space in the history of the national game, a reflection of how bang average our national team is that he can be so decorated.
-
Or, throw in a group of young players who have played together before in their formative years and let them hit the ground running?
-
Perhaps I am expecting too much, certainly my feeling on the game does seem out of kilter on the basis of three others. Nonetheless, against opposition who were markedly inferior man for man we laboured and had to be on the end of a self inflicted deficit before stepping up. That speaks volumes to me and I stand by my negativity. I am expecting a defeat against the Scots on the basis that they are beginning to become the exact opposite of England, a team that exceed the value of their parts, not one that operates within their own limits.
-
Leicester were that last week. Slovenia offered nothing and we showed nothing in comparison until the own goal. It was desperate stuff, devoid of effort and backbone until we made it tricky for ourselves. Against Switzerland we showed that there is potential for life, here eleven players went through the motions in an attempted spectacle, it was a complete waste of time. I expect the England side to show a little self respect, there were and indeed are pathetic.
-
That was just sh*te. Result be damned, our national side is desperately bad. No attempt at cohesion until they were put under pressure, symptomatic of a complacent, entitled group of prima donna c***s who embrace the shop window of career progression that the white shirt represents.
-
Cannot wait for that Golden moment when they realise their 'shares' simply are not.......
-
! That is actually readable. Astonishing!
