  1. Edit. No, I won't say anymore, I said my piece in the other thread earlier, these other threads just prove it further.
  2. At least Bolton rebelled. Cash Converters are at least an old fashioned style pawn shop - The pay day loan thing they have bought in does back up your point though. Was astonished this weekend. During a meeting with a mortgage advisor she revealed that if you have ever had a pay day loan then you will be denied a mortgage.... regardless of income level and other credit history. Some of the firms actually advertise themselves as a chance to increase your credit rating by showing you can pay off a small sum.... it's a total con!
  3. Bit harsh on a new boy! "he just can't control his feet........." :s
  4. Loan him to Wigan maybe? Depending on the new manager of course. If he continues Martinez' ideals then it could be a great place for him.
  5. Ok, keeping calm face on. Fixture organisation is not a simple process, it involves two clubs coming together and mutually agreeing a time. Our pre-season fixtures in the past have been published en mass before the start of a season, this would indicate a large amount of pre-planning to ensure that any tour, or other pre-season plan (bringing in 3+ teams for the Markus Leibherr cup for instance) has occured beforehand. It is not a simple quastion of saying, 'Oi, you turn up here,' it needs to be done carefully, professionally and methodically, often taking in the needs and requirements of many other parties. Consulting chaiman, managers and coaches. Ensuring that other teams' plans can fit with our own desires. Because YOU cannot see this process happening you assume that it is in fact rushed, unplanned and poorly run. This, again, like everything else related to your baseless points is based on your insecurities on not being able to see everything. It is not based on any type of fact or consideration. You are quite simply wrong.
  6. Ok. Hi, A.N. Other Football Club? We'll be rocking up on the ##th July for a friendly. What do you mean you have plans? F**king shift them! You do not live in the real world. Other clubs do not exist simply to do what we say. Football is a community, not a dictatorship.
  7. Would be useful, i'm sure that has as much to do with the teams being played as it does us though.
  8. Good attitude to have, he is #cliché young and hungry and wants to play. If we are to bring in further midfield players this year he will be pushed further down the order, if he is loaned out to the Championship there is also no certainty he will play of be coached to a level that Pochettino would require of him. Could he go to Bournemouth? Or a Yeovil? Someone who may be local, play in a similar style and where he would be at least 80% certain of playing every week? Certainly wouldn't want him at an Ipswich where Mick McCarthy will be strangling the joy out of him.
  9. He just wants people to agree with him, not engage in discussion. I gave my reasons why I couldn't give his view any merit, he ignored it. Another sign of immaturity.
  10. No, you are just a brat.
  11. I don't believe so. He is just a spoilt child that cannot hack it if he doesn't get what he wants, it's why he cannot cope with Saints innevitably losing football matches here and there... even when everything is in fact absolutely superb (the back to back promotion years for example.)
  12. That is a discussion for another place I feel. The ownership of the Lotus branding is a massively complex and tedious thing. Nonetheless a confussion/association in someones mind of an 'F1' team sponsoring us if it was to be Lotus cars is understandable.
  13. Of course I bloody do, but to say that SFC is run 'like a crappy B+B' because it isn't acquiescing to your desires and immature need for immediacy is so utterly pathetic and childish!
  14. Because this IS! about you Alpine! It's a selfish need and desire for information which is provoking a negative reaction because you are not getting any! There is nothing wrong with how things are right now! Your criticisms are selfishly motivated and utterly without merit.
  15. Again, it looks like nothing is happening in an organisation which has operated on a closed shop basis... therefore in your mind it means that nothing is happening. You must surely see how stupid that logic is?
  16. So because you hear nothing, it means the club are doing nothing. That is nonsense. As I said, this is about you, not the club. Get a hobby for the summer and relax, you'll give yourself a heart attack at this rate.
  17. They used to, back in 04/05. If it was to be Lotus then it puts the Red Bull rumours to bed.
  18. Get over yourself. This is more about a selfish need for information rather then anything the club has done 'wrong.'
  19. Yep. Sony has just played a blinder. Shame really. No way will I trust their online security after their recent hacking issues.
  20. Away to Hull
  21. As far as I can tell.... it's actually a glitch.
  22. When AOC left it was after a long protracted spell of negotiation which let to him finally declaring he wished to leave. It was widely declared at the time that Arsenal had failed to meet our demands for him and he was only permitted to leave after Cortese squeezed the 12 million (rising to 15 million) fee from them. At no point did the then 17 year old walk away. - He couldn't, he was under contract. The Walcott situation was entirely different as he was under the 17 year old deadline that you need to cross before being a contracted pro. Curiously, that avoided tribunal as Arsenal agreed the fee of 5mill rising to 12 mill based on clauses, presumably out of some kind of professional respect.
  23. No, it's under 17 when they cannot. Theo Walcott signed his first full binding pro-contract just after he joined Arsenal and turned 17. http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/teams/a/arsenal/4614538.stm
  24. He is under contract, just a limited one. As for the trbunal, it's 7 years down the line from Theo Walcott moving for 12 million and Alex raised the same sum in league 1. Fully expect this to be a mountain from a molehill though.
