Knocking 7 minutes out of a 2 mile run is a stunning effort, brilliantly done mate, do not undersell what you have just achieved. If you are feeling destroyed, that's a good thing.... it means you have stretched yourself. Your body will now be building itself up to cope better next time. Keep on it, keep putting the miles into your legs and they will be able to cope better. Try to do one fast run a week (Of two miles or so) and a two distance runs (3 - 4 miles). You will very quickly find your longer distances becoming quicker as your natural comfort zone gets faster. Egg - I'm not part of a running club, I do all of my training off my own back. Window Cleaner - Yep, downhill. Mdina to Sliema Harbour front. As my training route features a little gradient in it's circuit I'm hoping that the downhill will work in my favour, no aimed time though, survival will be it's own reward for me. Estimated 2hr 15min on the application form though.

After being given a kettlebell by a friend who was having a clear-out (his home gym is being converted into a nursery...) this thread came back into the memory. It's only an 8kg bell, but surely ok for a beginner like me, tried the routine on the youtube video, completed it (didn't time it, just wanted to see what level i'm starting from...) and yes, quite tricky! The Burpees are the worst bit, more then familiar with them thanks to the BMF classes i'm still doing, but even then it's 12 at a time at most. After those the clean/press felt like a holiday, the mountain climbers a breeze. The only concern I had was with the snatches. My arm felt really unsteady at the top of the movement, otherwise, ok. It's a start.

The formatting screwed up. Give me a minute.

I see that's been edited, must have thought twice about the initial submission!

Relax mate, we all have our quirks on the weekend. They used to do ladies 'fit' but I don't think the practice has been revived.

Stranger things could happen, but I doubt he would join us over his more obvious family connections and a possibility of staying in London.

Other then having a game in hand, looking at the fixtures, what do we reckon? Looking at the fixtures below, Sunderland will probably be put into their place at Old Trafford, Villa are on something of an upturn currently but so are Liverpool, put Suarez back into contention though and that should see them off. Could see QPR getting a first win v Fulham and Reading. Norwich and Wigan will be tricky to call too. Wouldn't be surprised to be back in the bottom three by the end of play, but then that keeps the tension going, it wouldn't be Saints without a little tension. Saturday Newcastle v Man City Liverpool v Villa Man Utd v Sunderland Norwich v Wigan QPR v Fulham Stoke v Everton Sunday Tottenham v Swansea West Brom v West Ham Monday Reading v Arsenal

Oh, excuse me, I thought this was a public forum. As a man of your conviction i'm sure you wouldn't shirk from such a challenge.

You should make a bet with him. If Frank Lampard joins us he will have to buy you a designer shirt and matching shoes of your choice.

Any ideas? It feels like the back of my mouth is under seige. I've already tried: Salt directly applied. Burns like a b*tch, usually works but this is a large one (3/4 the size of my index finger nail) and it seems to shake it off. Alcohol, well; Whiskey. Numbs it, but then it comes back with a vengeance. I need more ideas, I want this little motherf*cker gone. It's been 4 days now and it will not relent.

Oh to dream an impossible dream.

No, just no. He'll join Uncle 'Arry at QPR for a final pay day.

With that kind of original thinking you must be some sort of drugged up hippy, right? No way a football club can be run like that, no way man!!!
-
Yep, that makes me want one even more! haha.

Have you taken advantage of the Xbox integration yet?

No, they would have to groundshare at Havant and Waterlooville. Work was done at West Leigh Park when they got into the Conference South to make it FL standard.

Scientist believes we could be living in a computer simulation
Colinjb replied to Sheaf Saint's topic in The Lounge
Does this mean I can simply 'download' the ability to do Kung Fu and evade bullets? If so, then being in a simulation is fine by me! -
The S3 is an astonishing device, but i'm sure i'm barely scratching the surface of what it can do. I would go for the 920 as it would do everything I would want to do and do it superbly and easily. The Zune software has a few little touches I like too. (Immediate downloading of photographs into your pictures folder on sync being an example.)

Interesting to read. As I will be gifting Dad this very handset on Xmas day I hope he finds it just as easy to cope with. Went for Windows Mobile as he found Android utterly baffling and iOS to be just as much of a mystery. Incidentally, the lack of apps. The 610 is a handset that is working on a 'tuned down' version of Windows Mobile to cope with the less capable hardware it runs on, this means many apps cannot run on it. A shame really but considering the handset price....... Having used it myself to set it up, a very impressive device. Windows Mobile is now my OS of choice. It had me considering taking back my S3 and getting the top spec Lumia 920.

The level of their self delusion really is off the scale. Saying Fratton Park is something to aspire to above Deepdale is an insult to Preston North End.
