  1. F**king Skates can't do anything right!!!
  2. Ha, I'll take that right now. It's the hope that'll kill them.
  3. Don't know, don't care.
  4. Pressumably to give 'Big' Sam extra time to put his half time pie order in.
  5. Wham are winning. A Pen after about 28 minutes of injury time at the end of the first half. Well, that works for my accumulator today
  6. Get in there Cov!!!!!
  7. Even the journalists and attitude of the local media is deluded. A Tax FIGHT!? Tax is not an optional extra, it is a fact of existence in the United Kingdom. F**king vermin, parasitic vermin, the lot of them.
  8. I have the same but on the White/red trim away kit from 01-03. Did anyone get a Leandre Griffit shirt?
  9. Nope, bad maths. That's fair.
  10. Wow! A 29 year old Russian tycoon, that's the kind of forward thinking that kept TVR at the top of their game.
  11. Should I prepare the grill? Some Hovis is on standby.
  12. Well, if the Skates are 48 hours from liquidation (as said in the almighty thread in the off topic section) then we have an 8 point gap over Wham.
  13. There was a special offer on the shirts at the time, Kanchelskis, 7 for only 12 pounds or something. Which happened to be the usual price but owing to the number of figures.... I have a Saganowski one too, put onto the back of my home shirt after the 2-2 draw with Swansea in 2009.
  14. "Prutton, 20" "Redknapp, 38" (CWD, Glad I wasn't the only one mate.) "Pele, 3" (Or whatever squad number he had.) All seemed like a good idea at the time.
  15. As a spectator, a 4-2 would tend to be a little more exciting due to the extra 'peril' from the fightback therefore leaving a more satisfying outcome.
  16. A grand for charity would do it, the Saints shirt underneath is mandatory though.
  17. He is just the bubbliest man in the world.
  18. We needed pace, he had it. Sh*te signing when weighing it up logically but his goals against the franchise totally outshine any negatives for me. He did his job, now move him on.
  19. Yes, we are going to sell West Ham our talisman. F**king stupid to even try.
  20. Is this actually being televised at all?
  21. In completely unconnected news, Steve Cook (defender) has only very recently moved to Bournemouth. (The9, how odd we would both come up with the same annecdotes within seconds of each other.)
  22. Those 'Come Dine With Me' menus are gold dust.
  23. Or, how we may be realising that price and quality are not always one and the same. As you say, consumers are becoming more savvy.
  24. Yes, it's not a good feeling. It is however dog eat dog and just so long we are not bankrupting ourselves in the process then why not enjoy it!
  25. It's a trend that is occuring across the market place. A good example is Premier Foods, the company owns OXO, Bisto, Paxo, Super Noodles, Lloyd Grossman, Sharwoods, Hovis, Hartleys along with a few others and produce lower margin own branded goods for Supermarkets. They have seen their market share plummet recently due to 'brand loyalty' becoming an almost redundant concept. It's all becoming about the bottom line, what can I get for my money. And as such they are now almost 1 Billion pounds in the red.
