  1. Smartarse ****.
  2. Honestly, anyone would think I write these for nothing http://www.saintsweb.co.uk/content.php?266-Yago-Falque-joins-on-loan
  3. So, what to expect from him? He plays on the left. He plays on the right Iago Falque.... Makes......... Ahhhhhhh.......
  4. Nice to see there are some Celtic fans capable of a bit of conversation. A lightening quick poacher is exactly what we need. As for 6m + Rickie, nah. We'll let you have a guy who is a premier league goalscoring winger instead.
  5. It truly is an epic. Started on a high and has continued as such. As a further thought, when is that referendum on independance? Any chance we can aid the 'yes' campaign and end all daft talk of the old firm joining the Premiership once and for all? Big clubs they may be, but they are isolated in a footballing backwater.
  6. Come back when you manage to outperform a championship side (Birmingham) in the Europa League. Scottish football really is sh*te these days.

    Sherlock

No, he based the series on the story of him meeting his wife Sue Virtue. The main characters are not called Steve and Susan by accident. His first adult sitcom, 'Joking Apart' is also quite good. And coincidentally enough based on his divorce from his first wife.

No mate, that was friends, the comedy which skirted around things such as sex and lasted for 10 series. Coupling is far more explicit and had the character Jeff Murdoch. (Up until series 4 anyway, and the actors departure killed it. ) Too simple a comparison comparing Friends and Coupling, next thing you'll be telling me that Pets and Mongrels are the same show because they both use puppet animals.

Couldn't dissagree more. One of the best comedies to come out of the UK in recent times.
  10. Just I shame i'll be busy until about 3pm thanks to work and unable to update it if, as expected, more news breaks.
  11. No, let them rant on about how 'average' we are, let people underestimate what we can do. I'm quite happy for us to be at least slightly under the radar in terms of reputation.
  12. Same here, I travel a round trip of 240 miles to every home game. It's not unusual to have season ticket holders living a fair distance from the club.
  13. Regardless of serious/non serious replies to this thread, the very subject matter has me feeling a little sick. I am a cat owner, when things come up that emotionally effect you, it's very, very easy for a sense of humour 'by-pass' to occur. I make no appologies for being serious as a result. I hope a mod locks this thread, immediately. Give all posters the benefit of the doubt though. But please, if anything should be put 'out of it's misery,' it's this wretched use of the internet.
  14. I know you wouldn't be posting without good reason, I hope it comes off and I hope others respect your need for relative discretion.

Please, am I the only one who thinks that Moriarty was dreadful in this series? Dreadful actor, bad characterisation. They could have done so much better.

    Sherlock

No. Dislike. Too far fetched at the end. I won't post anymore, mainly as Dr Who hasn't seen it yet. But it went too far for me. And the guy who played Moriarty is hopelessly miscast. Havn't liked him ever since he made an appearance at the end of the first mini-series.
  17. The Nurburgring. The Green Hell.... Motor racing heaven.
  18. It's always difficult to read between the lines in football, they blur so easily.

With 25 minutes left, I am sitting here wondering. What the f**k?
  20. I always liked Telf. A cog in the machine, he would have thrown himself into hell for his club. He struck me as a scapegoat during a time when the rest of the team could have learned a great deal by following his example.
  21. It would take a player such as Hooper switching to a championship side to make Celtic realise just how weakened they have become in recent years. Even Birmingham City can make a half decent fist of the UEFA cup, they needed a Swiss side to cheat in order to simply get into the group stage.
  22. Amazing that Swansea can play such good football on a Rugby pitch.
  23. Having said that!!!!! HA!
  24. And of course, Theo has just equalised!
  25. Cheers for putting this up Steve.
