I has it. Been unable to eat for a few days because it will cause a lot of 'issues.' I have been taking in water with rehydration salts constantly to give me a fighting chance. I therefore am in a case of catch 22. Need to eat to get strong, can't eat as it will 'set me off' again. Any 'safe' foods anyone could recommend?

You are right, but he doesn't seem to realise that while his attitude is like it is he will never reach his potential. He will show flashes of skill, consider that to be enough and then wonder why he's not loved when the inconsistency bites. The type of personality he is it's no surprise that he must hate us.
